Service is okay but food is repetitive and always cold.there is no entertainment,also drinks are not that great either.only facility is swimming pool,there is no jacuzzi

Hotel was very good.

Generally we were satisfied, the most important thing is that you have to pay for sun loungers on the beach. The hotel does not have a section on the beach. Sun lounger prices are 300 TL. Other hotels mostly have places available.

Price performance wise it was good, you can go there.

The food was good The rooms were cleaned every day Employees are concerned There was an improvement compared to previous years There was no refrigerator in the room we stayed in, but this was not a problem. There was no disruption in service The bar opened on time and closed on time. The employees were doing their job properly but their faces were a bit low At the highest level with family

Location - 5 minutes to the nearest beach. The food is a little oily, but in general you can find something for every taste. The room is a bit "tired" but overall everything worked.

The hotel reacted to the comments about the non-working air conditioner and the uncleaned room only after help from the trip operator. Com

Tragic, dangerous, dirty & toxic place to stay No restaurant or reception in this building anymore. Don’t believe what you see on the pictures at Trip Advisor, this needs to update ASAP. This hotel is only rooms & dirty too small swimming pool with very rude shape of genitalia ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️

Absolutely disgraceful, Food was awful, no cleaning at all done whilst we were there for 11 days we had to write and request that they changed our sheets on day 7, rooms were shappy as were a lot of areas around the hotel. Pool bar continually ran out of soft drinks and then offered my 15 year old son beer as a substitute, When i complained to the management i was met with this foul response! Please contact ur operator. There is nothing I can do for u from now on because u have been talking in a very disrectful way. Please do not write to me any more. Thanks a lot. This is what i wrote to them! None of which was anything other than the truth!!!!!!!! We have been here over a week no clean floors no clean sheets Can’t eat the food Today not even clean towels Honestly a disgrace how you can say this is 4* is beyond me Half the time no drinks at pool bar My son offered beer because no soft drinks It’s not on I have contacted holiday company they say speak to you we have paid for all Inclusive and that is not possible!!!!!! I'm writing this review, based on 9 over hotels. I've stayed all over Turkey over the years, all 4* or 5*. The good points - the hotel location near the beach and amenities. The bad- this hotel is rated as a 4*, I'd rate it as a 1* at best!. Arrived, shown to room, disappointed as pictures on website look good, but must have been taken years ago! Soke of the lights didn't work, the fridge wasn't plugged in, and no water on arrival. The bed is hard, 2 singled pushed together, and the floor is about the same in firmness. Spoke with manager the next day to move rooms, only t9 be told come back tomorrow at 11am, which we did only to be told same thing. Now the Bellavista is actually a separate building for ADULTS ONLY, but there is no security or reception in this building, and all meals have to be taken over in Excluisve along with children, and the bar in evening also you have to share with children so it seems not a fully Adults only experience. The adults pool water looks murky, I've not seen it actually cleaned other than some chemical thrown in at 6pm. The food is diabolical, most days overcooked and only warm or cold. Breakfast is only omelette cooked to order, but try asking for a simple fried egg, which is met with NO!. Continuing on from Bellavista SUPPOSED to be adults only hotel, several times families with tiny or young children are being upgraded and staying in Bellavista hotel, also on 3 days tijy children with families coming into adults only pool and even after bar staff saying no they dony move its only when manager called they finally move on, which I don't understand as big signs at entrance to hotel, that's it adult only, maybe if they had a manned reception or security in Bellavista this wouldn't happen!. Icmeler is lovely, shame ruined by this hotel, save your money and go elsewhere.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever been to. Please do not book this hotel, it will ruin your holiday. The food is not suitable for human consumption. Its freezing cold and they have a filthy microwave to warm the food up. The microwave has never been cleaned. The staff are rude and confrontational, one waiter started shouting at a man after he asked him not to take his plate when he was out his seat getting a drink. The bar is so understocked it's unbelievable. They must do it on purpose so you go out to get a drink. The pool was murky and very small. It's advertised as an adults only however there was children in and out all day and night. This has been the worst holiday of my life and I will not be returning.

What a awful hole. I've stayed in iclemer 20 times but not here. Dirty, rude staff, not adults only after 6pm as only 1 bar open and that's the screaming brats bar. If you've never trusted a review then please trust this one. 26 Sept 2024. Look around and have a great holiday. Out of 10. Food 1, cleanliness 1, politeness -1. WiFi in room, there isn't any. You have to cross the road to another hotel to use theirs. It seriously is a joke.

If you're expecting a all inclusive with a touch of luxury, then this isn't the hotel for you!! When we checked in, the reception staff were rude and showed no interest at all. I'm not sure he's in the right job! The guy who carried our case was happy and jolly. (The only member of staff who was). Our room was a mix match of furniture, old and tatty looking but did the job. The bed was comfortable, but the blanket was rough. The bathroom needs updating, and occasionally we would get a horrible smell. The pool water looks dirty, but it's not. It's because the tiles aren't blue. The pool area needs lots of work doing to bring back to what I would imagine was once a nice area. (It nothing like the photos you see when booking) It's run down and off a poor standard. The pool toilet made me heave, and the smell and cleanliness were awful. ( I've used cleaner public toilets in the uk). Food!!! Where do you start. I'm not a fussy eater. Breakfast I could cope with. No english breakfast, but you are in Turkey. One day, there was a man cooking omelette. Lunch and dinner if you like salad and bread, you're fine. Food is cold and tasteless. Staff are rude again and don't look like they work there. Be prepared and budget to eat out. Drinks at the bar very limited. Beer flat! Cocktails are very sweet! Gin and vodka and wine. The location of this hotel is great.

Wow we gad a room with a pool view,the room was large,and spacious, we laid down exhausted from travelling and the beds were so hard it was like laying on a plank. We asked to change rooms and they did this quickly. We were moved into the family section of the Mersoy .the beds were softer ,but the Aircon didnt work ,the toilet seat was hanging off ,and the lampshade was damaged,the door was sticking and needed a hard tug to open it, when the man came to fix the Aircon he couldn't get out because of the door jamming, and went red ,we went as 4 friends .This Bar was one of the least stocked bars we had ever seen if was empty. Vodka ,watered down Efes was the sum of it . The barman couldn't care less so we had a Vodka with dietcoke fizzing we went out. The following day guess what they had run out of Diet Coke what a shambles .again we went out for drinks and food..remeber this hotel is All Inclusive disgraceful it took him 24 hours to get the difference coke machine working,we are not alcoholics but like a drink before and after dinner,,but even though we paid for all Inclusive we just went out every day .would we go back NEVER ,GO SOMEWHERE ELSE .
