Super 8 by Wyndham Idaho Falls

Good service and we want to stay close to the highway. It is going to be close to where we vacation. The breakfast was good. Check in was quick and friendly people all the time. Wiuld stay there again.

Super 8 is the best budget value choice. They would much better if improve their breakfast food variety

Pictures look great. Hate to say it but true the building was dirty. The room was dirty as in the floors were not vacuumed. Either in the hallway or in the rooms. A terrible noise coming out of the bathroom next door to us sounded like the water was leaking so the toilet was always trying to fill itself up. Was a high-pitched noise as well not sure if that was a refrigerator compressor or not. Walls will not too thick we easily heard the people who are above us. Breakfast don't even bother not worth the effort.

Walking in to the lobby you are hit with an overwhelmingly strong odor- or sure if it was vape smell or cigarette smell mixed with old building smell- but it wasn’t pleasant. The outdoor entrance doors were not locked- did not make us feel very safe. Carpet and hallways were filthy and in need of major updating. Elevator had horrible smell as well. Fortunately our room was very clean- sheets and bathroom were very clean. Smell again was not very pleasant but not as bad as hallways and lobby. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. There was no iron. Shower was hot and good pressure. Did not stay to try breakfast. Tatiana at front desk was very pleasant and friendly.

Good stay. Is what I expected for the price. Need more variety for breakfast. Adding eggs and breakfast meats would be nice.

Receptionist was very helpful. First room key did not work but she promptly put us in a different room.
