A few red flags as soon as you arrive and during check in - parking at owners risk. None of the places we stayed in past explicitly said so. - hot water not available throughout the day. Which 4 star property does this? - breakfast timings 0730 to 0930 and the receptionist specifically mentioned that the restaurant is closed by 1000 Other observations and feedback - breakfast spread was limited and taste was ok. They could mess up every day staple tomato chutney too - room was not cleaned the next day even after specifically requesting Very unlike other hotels in the same category. While the location is good, maintenance is severely lacking. No pruning of grasses and weeds. Pathways are not cleaned and have leaves lying all around. My advice would be to avoid this place.

This is our second time here, resort is located in most tranquil place facing the valley, rooms were clean, stay was comfortable, staffs were congenial, food was good. We missed spa service which we availed last time. Restaurant & room service were exceptional. Sojan from f&b, Security staffs, Anas from Reception need special mention. Paramanand has maintained swimming pool neatly & was helpful.

Everything was nice , nice location nice view nice , staff was very friendly overall a great experience, have fun time with our family, rohit td was Amazing he proactively take care of All arrangements Will definitely come back soon on our next Mumbai Visit

This resort needs major changes it will put you in oxygen for sure. Dirty and stinky rooms,no proper dinner or breakfast. Starting from the rooms. They are stinky ,not cleaned for the ages. They provide smelly towels with big hole in it. No room service and poorly maintained bathrooms.even no shampoo or soap provided, And for such messy hotel they are charging 7000 INR. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL. All reviews are fake with no photographs.

Manikannadan Sir, Soorya Sir, Alphonse, Paramananth all are so friendly, like a family. Food was so delicious, Calm and quiet atmosphere. Nice Hospitality. All should experience to his place once. Very Nice Balcony. Thanks to all the staff

The WORST maintained and totally UNHYGENIC so called resort. The slums are better maintained than this hotel. The towels are torn out and contain some FUNGUS /algae (बुरशी आलेले) दिले होते. The manager promised to change but never changed them. Only ONE TOWEL provided and that to torn and pathetic The walls of rooms are at places is water leaked and gathered FUNGUS and algae which smells ROTTEN all over the room. Changed room but with no total relief. Other rooms are also similar. To stay here means to get affected with some disease. The Bathrooms are very very dirty and can’t even think to burp or discharge here leave aside bathing. The Food not worth a penny but they charged Rs 1000 per person for buffet. The handwash bottles in the bathroom / toilet were empty. Only one cheap soap costing Rs. 1/- was provided for three persons in a room. It’s HYDROGEN Resort not OXYGEN RESORT

The resort's location is truly remarkable, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The rooms were in terrible condition, infested with insects, and the bathrooms were no better; even the towels were dirty and frayed. The food was mediocre at best, and room service barely existed. To make matters worse, the staff was unfriendly, and the restaurant experience was the most disappointing, with meals arriving an hour after ordering.
