room booked was club room but we got below average room ..it was very small and it was facing some construction site .it had some defects such as handle lock was not functioning properly and shower had some issues . we had to spend some valuable time in getting the repairs done .we felt cheated .after paying 6200 for room but what I got was worth 2000
the property is exclusive and very beautiful
the food was good
the service was great
room spoilt overall experience
we requested for room change which they refused on pretext of all rooms were booked ...
we had just one day in thekkady it got spoilt by hotel in efficiency

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay. Their kindness and warm hospitality made a lasting impression and added a personal touch to my visit. A special mention goes to Mr. Suresh, whose photography skills were nothing short of amazing. He has a great eye for capturing moments, and his talent really brought out the beauty of the surroundings in every shot. The view from the rooms was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such serene and picturesque landscapes made the stay even more memorable. Whether it was early morning light or the golden hues of sunset, the scenery never failed to impress. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience.

Stayed in thekkady poetree. Beautiful swimming pool, Restaurant, view point is very amazing. It was awesome place. All staffs are very helpful, at the entry time welcoming is very well traditional way, we njotlyed, photography also very memorable time spend with Suresh bhai. He is very nice person, and also all staffs doing are great work .Ms Anakha she is receptionist she also Help to us and well explained near activities and our day plan chart. Overall stay is very amazing.

An amazing stay! Would recommend everyone. Staffs are very friendly and special mention to staff suresh,he captured beautiful pictures for us.Food here was also one of the best. Here you have a very beautiful view from the room. A good spacious room too!!

The Poetree is really nice experience. Right from the food, swimming pool, play area, everything was top notch. The pics by Mr Suresh, evening cooking with Chef was superb. Cleanliness was top notch amidst the natural beauty. We need our own/hired vehicle to reach the place but it is totally worth it.

Very nice resort with beautiful views and friendly staff. Beautiful and clean swimming pool, delicious food. Overall we had very nice experience and pleasant stay. Suresh is staff who took fabulous photos for us within 2-3 mins and he does it with passion. Thx Poetree for making our stay memorable
