It was good. And had a nice experience nice staff and nice rooms with quality standards well maintained rooms What we need it's happiness and peace it's all there when u visit here Nice parking staff behaviour is too good and rooms are very spacious

It was a fantastic experience. The hotel offers breathtaking views of the lush green hills, and the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly hospitable, ensuring a pleasant stay. I highly recommend munnar queen for a relaxing and memorable getaway in the mountains.

Our visit at The Munnar Sovereign Retreat was disheartening, particularly given its 4-star class lodging and positive surveys.(THESE ARE TOTALLY #FAKE #REVIEWS) At first, the lodging looked encouraging, yet things went downhill after registration. The gallery view was disappointing, and the restrooms needed hand showers and pails. The allocators were plain, making it challenging to recognize cleanser gel and cleanser. The café was overrated, serving shoddy food. They charged us ₹45 for a MRP ₹20 Bisleri water bottle and ₹100 for a MRP ₹40 Pepsi bottle. The general experience was not worth the sum we spent, as there are better inns at lower costs AND EVEN BETTER LOCATION. Additionally, they don't for a moment even give you remote to the TV even after various solicitations. Not the least bit even worth for a 2 star class lodging.

Find in make my trip. Good resort to stay and connectivity is good to all places to explore indoor gym, infinity pool kids play area etc. Good breakfast

Awesome experience, friendly atmosphere. Good staff. Neat and tidy room. Toilets very clean. Kid's enjoyed play ground also swimming. Love it. All staffs very good

The property is easily accessible, staff were very friendly and check-in and check-out procedures were very easy. Room service was excellent. All promised amenities were available. Though the breakfast was delicious, there shall be a bit more options.
