on check in front office refused us a room saying Christmas Eve dinner is mandatory to pay and attend to get the room,
late in the evening we had to wait long time after a long tiring journey.Front office staff was so rude and there was no courtesy at all.
after too much of arguement finally a room was allocated at basement. being a usuall customer of Gokulam hotels I was shocked towards their attitude and misbeheavier.
never again to Gokulam hotels.

Starting from front desk, restaurant, house keeping and travel desk was top notch. Special mention of the hospitality offered by the restaurant staff. They were so friendly that my kids ended up calling them as favorite aunty. The views are excellent. The breakfast and dinner buffet has good variety and tasted yummy.

Property location is great, touching the main road yet has good parking space. Offers rat views of the valley. Rooms are spacious, room service is great too. Bath area is a bit small and the shower partition doesn't have the divider on the floor so post bathing entire bathroom tends to get wet - this is probably the only negative i found. Breakfast spread is limited but tasty. They also have a roof top coffee house which can be turned into a barbeque area at night. They use glass bottles on the property whi h is a plus. We had ala carte dinner which was good too. Overall a great experience!

Had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff is extremely helpful and they are genuinely investment in making your stay the best possible one. Albin, Gibu, Anagha were focused on attending all the guests to the finest of details. All the best to all of them and this property.

We come in low season , from Iceland we just missed buffet, as I before few years enjoy a lot . But that not made us sad, because Mr.Albin was care, and suggested from menu excellent food. We Happy with him a lot . Happy so much happy day. Also restorant people very nice , and smily .❤️❤️

I'm so happy to stay munnar but is the best time to gokulam park,, we love gokulam, food is tasty and healthy, and the staffs are very helpful and polite, we enjoyed our stay at Gokulam. All the best to Gokulam. Staff Mamitha was very helpful and smiling throughout our stay here.

The hotel is one the best I have stayed in yet. The room and bathroom was neat and clean. Room was of decent size. The room has big glass window with great view. The restaurant was great attraction. Our host Anagha was sweet and helpful in everything. The buffet was tasty and ample variety of food was served in buffet. Thankful to Gokulam Park.
