We had a one night stay at the resort very recently. Everything was fine and perfect till the last minute. Because we gave our car's key to them for vallet parking at the time of check in. We went to our room after that and enjoyed the sightseeing as they have very vast area filled with greenery and also they have arranged a cultural activity for their clients as well. The food was good, The accomodation and the cordiality were top notch. But when we checked out with marking the tick in "excellent " column in their feedback form started the disappointment that we never felt as a guest in any resort we enjoyed the staycation. At the check out time we asked our car key which we gave them the day before. At the beginning they are trying to make lame excuses that they have given us the key back and check our bags etc,. We waited there for 2 hrs and finally gave our key back which was taken by some other guest mistakenly. We are not making comments about whose irresponsible nature made all these. But please be more mindful atleast in the future. Everything was good until the last minute and that last minute chaos dim all the good things you did.

My stay at Mountain Courtyard was truly a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and excellent service. The management was incredibly helpful, always ensuring that every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of.
The food was a highlight of our stay—delicious, well-prepared, and surprisingly affordable for the quality offered. Whether it was local Kerala delicacies or classic comfort food, every meal was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The variety in the menu made dining here a pleasure.
The property itself is beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms and a peaceful ambiance that makes it a perfect getaway for relaxation. The surrounding views add to the charm, making it an ideal retreat for nature lovers.
Overall, Mountain Courtyard offers an exceptional stay with a great balance of comfort, affordability, and warm hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing experience!
