The receptionists was very friendly. But i don't think the room is worth of rs. 1230. There was no tv, no bath towel, no soap and a usual fowl smell of local lodge. But i am ok with the behaviour of receptionist

I recently had the pleasure of staying at moonlit regency in thodupuzha, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted warmly by the friendly staff, and they made me feel right at home. The room i stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. Moonlit regency also had excellent leisure facilities, including a well-maintained swimming pool and a rejuvenating spa. I took advantage of these amenities to relax and rejuvenate after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. One aspect that stood out to me the most was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their warm hospitality made my stay truly memorable. If i were to visit thodupuzha again, there's no doubt that i would choose moonlit regency for another delightful stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch amenities and outstanding service.

All positives of a brand new hotel. To be starting with Front Office, Housekeeping or Restaurant, their positive attitude determines their great future. Located in town itself make easier for your shopping as well. Great supporting staff. Keep it up.

Property location is easy to find. The manager biju was very helpful and courteous but the hotel service was not worth the price i paid for the stay. Reasons- 1. No hot water in the bathroom. 2. The hotel did not provide drinking water except for the 1st day. The bottle provided was open n not sealed. Lift not working till i complained. No lights in the bathroom. The list is long!

The stay was cozy and good. Clean rooms and great room service. Food we have to get from outside. Room delivery available via zomato and swiggy. Wifi facility available for wfh guys. In the heart of the town, so commuting is easy.

From outside its not looks like the quality of room they have. Its have small proerty with limited room but i fall in love after entering in room. It was neat and clean and well maintain, decoration of room was also excellent, staff was also courteous.
