Hello, what can I say, the staff are very flexible, the hotel is close to the train station, the beach, restaurants next to it. About the clean hotel with a good breakfast and sweet staff who did everything possible for us to have a good stay with them.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti,in questo albergo,per fortuna. Le camere sono dotate di moquette, secondo me inadeguata per un posto di mare, il bagno anni 50 senza box doccia e senza miscelatore. Al nostro arrivo non ci è stato spiegato che potevamo usufruire della piscina e delle biciclette dell'hotel Saint Moritz,dove peraltro ci dovevamo recare per la cena. Discutibile anche gli orari della cena, non ci è mai capitato che fosse servita dalle 18.30 alle 19.40, al nostro arrivo era già tutto sparecchiato e abbiamo dovuto mangiare di fretta, entrambe le volte. Nota positiva la colazione.

Hotel da brividi moquette sporca personale poco corretto da non andarci assolutamente neanche per una notte veramente poco curato odore da vecchio nelle stanze l unica cosa se vuoi chiamarla positiva la colazione per il resto lasciamo veramente perderesoldi buttati

Prenotato per weekend con amici e due figli piccoli. Che dire: avrei potuto passare sopra la vetustà della struttura (moquette sporca, ascensore anni 70, bagno senza box doccia con scarico nel pavimento…) perché la stanza era accettabile per una notte e comunque spaziosa. La recensione negativa la scrivo per la maleducazione del personale. La receptionist del mattino si perdeva negli adempimenti più semplici; la proprietaria intollerante e che ha fatto una faccia schifata quando le abbiamo detto che rimanevano per una notte (che abbiamo brevemente conosciuto all’hotel st moritz a circa 1 km dall’hotel Diana ma di questo eravamo stati avvertiti via mail e non è stato un problema); la cameriera maleducata anche con i bambini; l’altra receptionist che si arrabattava su vari errori nei pagamenti di altri ospiti; l’acqua fredda nella camera di un’altra ospite con un bimbo di un anno, il parcheggio a pagamento … un posto strano che contrasta con l’ospitalità romagnola… non tornerò e scoglio di soggiornare qui

Starting from the beginning, I find this hotel on a site and contact the structure to get a different price from the site. The price hasn't changed, on the contrary, they asked me about €40 for the dog (according to them because they use special cleaning machines). I ask for a cot for my 7-month-old baby and I am asked for €10 a day. To say the least absurd given the amount they shot me for two nights it's just breakfast. Entering the room you immediately notice the carpet dirty and full of stains, not to mention the boogers on the wall!! The bathroom does not have a shower cubicle so when you wash it is a disaster. Very dated accessories. Cleaning less than poor. Not to mention the breakfast, I asked to heat the water for my daughter's milk and I was told "Madam, I'm busy, there's a microwave if you heat it yourself". Corridor windows more than dirty.
