This price is really worth it: the room is big, the facilities are excellent, the hygiene is good, and the service is good.
The transportation is really inconvenient. There is basically no bus after 18:00, and the nearest subway is more than 2 kilometers away. Calling a taxi? Forget it! First, there are few, and second, you can't install Japanese taxi apps without a Japanese mobile phone number. I found the nearest station of the Cong Railway on my first night after 30 minutes of walking through the countryside, vegetable fields, and cemeteries with my luggage. The second night was better, and I walked through a 15-minute uninhabited area.
Having said so much, it doesn't mean that I will never choose it, but if you don't care about transportation issues, it is highly recommended.

This year, when I went to Miyajima / Narita, I had the opportunity to see Wasora Monzen Inn, and I tried using it when I went to Nara this time. The room was large and clean, the food was perfect, and my wife was very satisfied. The loud commentary that reaches all the tours of Mr. Toyokawa who participated in the Horyuji tour the next morning and served as a guide was recognized as a Horyuji nerd, and it was high in storage while spreading photos and materials. It was a fun 1 hour and 30 minutes with a deep commentary. If I have the opportunity, I would like to change the time and participate in the tour again.

The location is good, there is free parking, there are restaurants around, there are also convenience stores, near Heijo Palace, near famous attractions in Nara City, check out at 11 o'clock is very slow. thanks. The only difficulty is that the toilet in the room is narrow and dark, and there is no lid, so I can't make up in the bathroom. This is the only regret.

There are supermarkets, convenience stores, drugstores, coffee shops downstairs...it is very convenient for travel and dining. The room size is ideal, the facilities are complete, and the soft and hard furnishings are all online.
The only dissatisfaction during my stay: there was no advance notice of the fire drill. I woke up to the alarm in the morning. The first playback was in Japanese, which was completely incomprehensible and very embarrassing. The Indian front desk receptionist upon check-in should remind guests that there will be a fire drill the next morning. Judging from the reactions of other guests, they must have known about this beforehand.

I visited Shigisan during Christmas and I stayed at Shigisan Kanko Hotel. The hotel arranged a shuttle to pick me up at the train station and the check in was very easy. There were two onsen pools for the guests and both breakfast and dinner were included in my booking. The food was delicious and the service was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Shigisan!

Although it was only available for a limited time, I was very happy to receive beer and ice cream after getting out of the hot springs. When I went to the breakfast buffet around 8am, some items were out of stock due to bad timing, but the tempura was fried right in front of me, so it was freshly fried and delicious.

It has a good location, a long history, and retro architecture. Many celebrities once lived there. The restaurant inside is also a famous restaurant, and you need to book in advance to enjoy it. Excellent service from the service staff. A female lobby staff member named ”Li” in Japanese provided very good service. Even though we didn't understand the language, she took the trouble to communicate with me. She also helped us call a car and sent us to the car. The Japanese service is absolutely top notch. Stayed at this hotel because there is a business from the early morning in Mt. Yoshino the next day. The lobby is on the 9th floor and the rooms are a bit irregular with the 5-9 floor. The room is very clean and clean. The window of the room is large * and there is no high building around, so the view is very good. The bath on the 10th floor can be said to be the same. The view on the east side is the best. Is it difficult to enter because there is no roof in the open-air bath in rainy weather? Breakfast is very rich in variety. There is a large hammer * window on the west side and you can eat while eating a good view. If there is no adjustment, it is not necessary by the front desk. A hotel that feels like a business ＋ hot spring hotel, just next to JR Nara Station. The room is clean and quite large, ３ F, but the view from the window was completely elevated by the railway, and I was worried about the sound of the train. The bathroom in the room has only a shower, but there is a large communal bath in a natural hot spring, so I was able to relax. There was no problem with the hot springs and breakfast, and it was as expected. Free bottled water 1 book in the refrigerator, WiFi is also free to connect.
