- Staff were very polite and efficient - The non smoking suite that we booked was a huge room, with 2 queen size beds, a dining room, a toilet and outdoor bath area - Special highlight for the room: pets are allowed to stay in the room ! There’re many pets amenities provided inside the suite, such as pets food tray, water container, small animal cage…

service: The staff are friendly and super helpful. The staff checking us in was able to communicate in English adequately, and both the cafe and noodle shop attached have menus in English, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese. Most services in the hotel have all four languages written some where so it's pretty convenient. The amenities provided were fantastic, they even provided face masks free of charge, to really maximize the relaxation. facilities: We booked the room with a personal hot tub/sauna and it was definitely worth it! You can take a soak in the privacy of your room at any time of the day, so relaxing! The public onsen was also very nice, with clear instructions on proper procedure and very helpful staff, don't hesitate to ask them any questions. Definitely give it a try, but remember to be respectful of your fellow bathers. I would recommend that you check in as soon as the hotel allows, so you enjoy the public onsen as soon as possible haha food: We booked the buffet breakfast, it was interesting. Sme traditional Japanese cuisine and some traditional western fare; all delicious. If you don't want restaurants food from the first floor, and have some time to spare, feel free to ask the staff about any nearby convenience stores. conclusion: we had a fantastic time. the location is very quiet and walking around during the day is very relaxing, followed by a soak in your private tub or the public onsen.

An exclusive and quiet hotel. Old and dated facilities and room, but well... ok for its price tag. Food was good, service staff were all excellent. Communication was an issue, but we used translators and they were effortful in trying to understand our enquiries. Onsen indoor and outdoor pools were not big, so can be crowded.

Very surprised Cantonese speaker from Hong Kong help us at front desk like home coming. He is very friendly and helpful. We missed the shuttle provided by hotel but it’s easy to catch a public bus to arrive. The Family room with open air bath is nice and worth the price. Bath with the nice view is very relaxing, stress free. The hot spring is nice as well. Great experience, will definitely come back someday.

This is a ryokan I stopped by for a while while traveling in Osaka. I received a shuttle service from the station. The facilities were old and not my style, but I was satisfied with the price. The meal was very good. I ate kaiseki elsewhere, so I ate sashimi here and was satisfied. I was also satisfied with the neat Japanese breakfast^^

We booked a family room with one bed and two meals. When booking, we specified seven people and it was a family suite. I don’t know why when we arrived at the hotel, they were told that the room was limited to only accommodate five people. We were dragging an older child with a younger child, and when we arrived It was already evening, so I had no choice but to add money on the spot and book a double room. Later, I called Trip.com customer service, and they said they would communicate with the hotel and get back to me the next day. Unexpectedly, Trip refunded me the money for the extra double room I booked! ! ! So touching! Thank you for Trip.com’s customer service. I will still book hotels on Trip.com in the future. The hotel is overall good. Although it is old, it is very comfortable. Dinner was kaiseki cuisine and breakfast was buffet style, which was delicious. The open-air hot spring in the room is great. The scenery is beautiful

The place is quite remote, with mountains in front and behind. I stayed in a bath-style room with its own hot spring, and the room was quite large. The view outside the window was very private, and it was quite pleasant to take a bath alone. The front desk said that the one in the room was not a real hot spring, but the big bath on the fourth floor. You have to take off your clothes to take a bath in the big bath, no swimsuit is required. The breakfast was very Japanese, with clear soup. You can take your own toiletries on the first floor, including facial masks, facial cleansers, etc. You can also rent cotton bathrobes for free, with various styles, and the belts are in the room. The overall feeling is not bad, because it is remote, leave enough time.

The room is good, the hotel is also good, relatively quiet, you can try the breakfast buffet and dinner, because I went there with two people, the room is quite large, the open-air bath environment is also very good, some of the front desk staff can speak Chinese, It won’t be difficult to communicate. The restaurants in the hotel all speak Chinese. The hotel has a shuttle bus and transportation can be counted as a meal.

The hotel is fully equipped with sauna and swimming pool. It’s easy to get to Osaka and the journey takes less than 1 hour. Make sure to make a reservation for the drop-off bus. The station to the hotel is not a suitable location to reach on foot.

First time staying at a hot spring hotel, great experience. There is a private bath in the room. Although it is not a hot spring, it has a large view and is very nice. There is also a large public bath that uses hot spring water, which is very nice.

The facilities were good and the kaiseki service staff was friendly and nice. I had dinner and breakfast at the hot springs and checked out. Breakfast and dinner were both good! However, I wish the free shuttle had more time.

When I first made the reservation, I thought it was very magical. Being immortal is unlucky. Later, I learned that the Immortal King's Pavilion means longevity. I instantly felt that the hotel's full suite of facilities made me feel relaxed, healthy, and comfortable. I booked a private bath tatami, which includes two meals. There is a ********* guy who can speak Chinese at the front desk of the hotel. He is very kind and will tell you all the precautions. He will write it down on a piece of paper without having to remember it. I forgot to look at the paper. That’s it. And there are so many colors and sizes of bathrobes available. Dinner was delivered to the room. At first, I thought the portion was small. Then for an hour, the dishes kept being served. Finally, rice and yogurt were served. I didn’t take all the photos. The sashimi and beef hot pot are all one for each person. Type oden, steamed eggs, grilled fish. The next day, I told my brother that the menu was too big, it was such a waste and I felt bad. After dinner, the two sisters came to lay the floor, closed the door before leaving, and helped us boil hot water. It was so considerate. The next day, we had a Jiugongge breakfast, which is self-service. Of course, you can eat as much as you want, but it is recommended to take as much as you want based on your appetite. Finally, we took the hotel shuttle bus to Hankyu Railway. The boy was still holding the banner under the bus. After the bus was far away, I looked back and saw that they were still standing and looking at us. I really felt that we felt a little guilty for this kind of etiquette. Anyway, it is easy to get to the hotel from Osaka and Kyoto. There is no place for shopping. There is a Lawson 800 meters away and there is no other place. It is highly recommended for those who want to stay healthy and have a vacation.
