New bedding is heavenly. Shower is great pressure and room for two room has safe, mini fridge with complimentary water, kettle with tea/coffee. Atm in lobby will take USA visa debit for local naira, dispense 10,000 at a time. Room was a bit tight. Wish we had stayed here instead of the apartment their bed was like a board. Staff very respectful and professional. POS didn't take credit card, nor atm, even though shoprite did. Can't wait to stay there again, next time in lagos.

The 4 night stay in Ivy Emerald was a wonderful and breath taking experience. The environment is very clean and beautiful. The rooms are well decorated with fully functional facilities. The staff are very friendly and accommodating as they are always willing to assist. The only area that requires improvement is the breakfast as it has limited options and the buffet does run out quickly. It was a good stay overall and well recommended.

This hotel provides the ultimate comfort – it is neat, spotless, and exudes a luxurious feel. However, the management needs to address the issue of staff carelessness in handling paid bills. This is an important factor to consider when booking a stay. Unfortunately, my wife and I experienced this issue firsthand during our visit. We were charged twice for certain items, which caused us a great deal of discomfort and unnecessary stress. Despite this, we look forward to returning to the hotel on our next trip to Lagos, but we'll be adopting a ”pay as you go” approach to avoid further issues.

The whole team was amazing. We met the manager, Margret and she was a lovely person as well. She attended to us and came to check on us during breakfast. Chinese Visa or Master credit cards cannot be used. There are different room types to choose from. There is a restaurant where you can order food but there are very few choices. Breakfast is relatively simple. The price is very cheap. The WiFi signal is unstable. Basically, I work in the restaurant, where the signal is the best.
