The review I have read about the hotel was spot on in terms of the satisfactory experience I had. From the exceptional reception to the courtesy of the room service providers, made my stay enjoyable and comfortable.

Don't know what to write but the service more than deserve the rating I saw online. From the reception to room service, the breakfast buffet with unlimited options, what!!!. This guys are good. The lagoon view from the room or outside the restaurant. taking a continual glimpse of speed boats and Yatch

It was a disappointing stay. The room was ok but the bed linen was as tired s I was. The shower didn't drain, and the taps on the bath were detached from the wall. The room service was ok, but the soup was only warm and had a skin on it and the chef obviously hadn't read the lit of ingredients the menu quoted for the main dish. Dinner in the restaurant was equally disappointing. The Spring rolls had lost their spring, not crunchy and the filling lacked flavour and substance resulting in a soggy tasteless mush. The Prawn cocktail was the final cherry on this disappointing presentation. The prawns were dry and over cooked.

The experience is phenomenal. Right from the gate to the room you feel the sense that this is your home away from home. Lovely staff, meals, and comfort. The soothing relief you get from the lagoon after a hard day at work is second to none. I always look forward to another stay.

The hospitality of the staff was first class.

I stayed there for business trip for 7 nights. Right from check in till check out was managed very efficiently. Staff is very friendly and always greets you with a smiling face. The option for breakfast could have been better otherwise exceptional experience. Will come back again
