Hayatımda daha pis bir ortam hiç görmedik. Otelimizin odaları zaten pislikten geçilmiyordu, daha sonra bir gezinti yapmak için dışarı çıktık çevreye bakmak istedik. Sonra öğrendiğimiz oranın da otelin çalışanlarının evi olduğu yerin tam bir çöplük olduğu. Şimdi anlıyorum odalarımız neden bu kadar pis. Çünkü bu insanlar kendi yaşadıkları yerleri bile temizlemiyor ki bizim kaldığımız yerleri temizleyecek? Düşünüyorum kim bilir yemek yediğimiz nasıl bir yerde yapılıyor? Buyurun kendiniz bakın.

Hayatımda gittiğin en rezalet otel çalışanları çocuk otelin hizmeti sıfır midem bulana bulana o iğrenç kir pas içindeki içecek makinalarından içecek almak zorunda kaldım çaycıları bile pislik içindeydi..Ben asla yorumları görmemiştim görseydim gitmezdim ben den sonra insanlar mağdur olmasın diye yazıyorum tam bir butik otel konseptinde otel kirli anlaşmalı beachleri bile pislik içindeydi…Tiksine tiksine tatil yaptım asla tavsiye etmiyorum, ve şikayetlerinizi asla önemsen miyor…Ben bu otele gitmeden önce kemerde ki her yıl tatilimi yaptığım 5 yıldızlı oteli aradım fiyatları aynıydı ama farklılık olsun diye düştüm ben bu hataya sakın sakın tercih etmeyin yanarım yanarım verdiğim o paraya

Sakın sakın sakın sakın gitmeyin paranızla rezil rüsva olursunuz 3 gün oldu odada çöp kovası doldu taştı temizlik yapan yok plaj havlusu yalvardık vermediler 4 kişi için banyo havlusu için kendi telefonumuzdan toplam 12 kez aradık veee 48 saat sonra oda kapımıza ÇÖP POŞETİ İÇİNDE bırakıldığı iletildi ve evet çöp poşetinde pike ve havlu bulduk o da 2 tane, mini club var dediler yalaaaaan, aile yeri ama çocuklar için hiç bir şey yok, soft herşey dahil nedir diye sordum alkollü içki hariç her şey dahil dediler suya yemekte şalgama bile para ödedik, personeli garsonlari saygısız ve terbiyesiz yani kendimizi zor tuttuk dayak atmamak için daha neler neler offffffffffff 8 günlük para ödeyip 3. günde kaçtık bize aracı olan TOURISTICA da berbat aman güvenmeyin

Yemekler için 5 yıldızlı otellerle kıyaslamak mümkün değil ancak güzel aç kalınmaz Manzaraya 10 puan verilse verilir Plajı shutle servisle gidiliyor araç yoksa eğer. Plaj harikaydı Restoran deniz manzarası eşliğinde Balkondan deniz manzarası harikaydı mutfaklı aile odası seçtiyseniz eğer ocak cezve mevcut. Meyve ağaçları var kiraz ve erik topladık görevliler istediğiniz meyve ağacından toplayıp yiyebilirsiniz dedi girişte. Küçük apartlarla hatta birçok 4. Away resort St Ives is currently 100% closed, with exception to access to sleep. No facilities, no shop, no Wi-Fi and unhelpful staff. Went with older children who were so bored we left early. I mentioned this was not as advertised, but party the line is ‘it is’. Photos on website don’t match reality. Lots of construction work going on, hard to exit/enter. Bombarded with ‘would you like to own’ messages. Lucky very organised as value accommodation is devoid of anything bar bed lining. For small children there are parks, but nothing for adults or older children.

Bu yıl tatilimiz o kadar güzel geçti ki... Deniz için adaya veya anlaşmalı plajlarına götürüyorlar. Temiz ve güzel denizi var iki plajında. Çeşitli ve lezzetli yemekleri vardı. Personel ve işletmeci güler yüzlüydü. Hepsi ilgiliydi. Bir sorun olduğunda hemen çözdüler. Ailelerin hiç düşünmeden gelebileceği bir işletme. Akay Garden ailesine teşekkürler.

If you want quiet and family friendly hotel you don't have to look another place. Nature is so good and view is perfect. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Thanks for everything.

Aile için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Çok güler yüzlü samimi çalışanları var. Otel manzara doğa harika. Aile için nezih bir ortam. Yemekleri güzel ve lezzetliydi. Odalar devamlı temizleniyor. Fiyat kalite açısından ***et güzel bir otel.

Nach der Ankunft am Flughafen İzmir benötigen wir eine Stunde um zum Hotel zu gelangen. Der Check-in war leider auf Deutsch nicht möglich aber die Hotelangestellten waren sehr bemüht und freundlich, sodass es auch ohne Sprachkenntnisse möglich war aufs Zimmer zugelangen. Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und sauber. Vom Zimmer hatten wir einen traumhaften Ausblick aufs Meer. Das Essen war dem Preis angemessen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
