Still the nicest place to stay in Ilheus, but a couple issues made it less than ideal this time. The facilities are nice, the food is good and reasonably priced, and the location on the beach is great. This place has been my go to for many years. This trip, we had problems getting served at lunch time in two different restaurants. The first time was an hour ordeal, the second day we left after waiting for 25 minutes while all the tables around us were being served. Maybe because we aren't Brazilian? My other issue this trip is they gave us what i consider to be the worst room in the resort because every guest walks by it: room 11. This is the second time in four trips they've given me that room. I've ended up switching rooms both times. My recommendation is don't take a room number less than 21, the higher the better, because people walk by talking. I stated this in my reservation request but it didn't do any good. Because of both of these issues, I'm going to try a different place on my next visit even though i like the Jardim Atlantico.

Great hotel, very good service

Excellent location, with a quiet beach, close to the airport, the historic center and supermarket. Very good structure, has everything in the hotel including massage therapy and beauty salon. Breakfast with good variety. Restaurant with fair prices and great food. Very helpful and very polite staff!! Only the check in q a little time consuming.

Very good accommodation, excellent service at all times, food at their restaurant is of a high standard, outdoor space always clean with everything working and many options to do, I went as a couple but it is excellent for families with children. Another important point is that the beach is safe, beautiful and clean. Without that exaggerated agglomeration of people too. Improvements: Putting an umbrella on the external hammocks or some roof because during the night they remove the hammocks and during the day lying in them for more than a few minutes sunbathing on your face is not pleasant. Changing the toilet paper device for a regular roll, the faucet in the bathroom sink has to leave the water running longer and the shower drain takes a long time for the water to go down, it even floods. And let them know that there was repellent in the room, to put it in the socket because we only found out when it was time to leave. Other than those details, I highly recommend the place.

Amazing experience! The employees are very polite, helpful and very happy! Breakfast... eat the wonderful "Amália" tapioca! However, try it!

We love the place. Standard family room (large, good mattress and pillows, excellent shower). Recently renovated. Large pool and always very clean. Wonderful breakfast, variety of fruits, juices, various breads and cakes, tapioca, crepioca, omelette... Polite and helpful staff.

Resort maravilhoso. O café é Buffet e as outras refeições são a La Carte, mas eles são rapidos para preparar os pratos. A Internet é boa Decoração é contemporânea, muito paisagismo no resort . Os plugs elétricos funcionam bem.
