Local maravilhoso e agradável, instalações ótimas, alimentação maravilhosa. Restaurante Côco Dendê impecável, atendimento excepcional do garçom Breno. Uma coisa que deixou a desejar foi a rede Wi-fi que não funciona em todo o Resort, impossibilitando postarmos em tempo real a nossa experiência incrível. Recomendo o Resort.

Minha família passou 7 dias no hotel, de 2 a 9/11./2024. Ficamos surpresos com a falta de qualidade do hotel. Comida ruim e repetitiva. Fiquei 7 dias e não comi uma moqueca sequer. Café da manhã repetitivo. Pratos e copos mal lavados (sujos, tinha que ficar escolhendo prato e copo) Meu quarto estava sujo praticamente todos os dias. Funcionários da recepção e do restaurante mal educados, garçom vinha tirar o prato sem a gente ter terminado a refeição. Funcionários do bar eram atenciosos. All inclusive que existe no horário que vcs querem. Ter horário pra comer batata frita!!???!?! Ter horário pra comer acarajé? ATENÇÃO: batata frita das 9 às 10h manhã e acarajé das 14 às 15h. Vários dias não tinha água de coco disponível (e nem no coco era e sim engarrafada) vários dias não tinha frutas como morango pra fazer batida. Ficamos surpresos mesmo, vários hóspedes reclamando. Não eh frescura nossa e sim uma indignação por ser as férias anuais da minha família e receber um tratamento e qualidade ruins. Vocês deveriam revisar e se envergonhar.

A comida é excelente igualmente aos funcionários que nos atenderam!! Bebidas devidamente geladas, porém algumas são artificiais e não me agradou. As sobremesas estavam ótimas e muito saborosas. Uma coisa que não me agradou foi o ar condicionado que estava quebrado e fiquei com calor mas de resto tudo tranquilo!!

Exatamente atendimento! O João Gabriel é bastante prestativo e muito atencioso. O ambiente estava muito quente tinha três ar condicionados e apenas dois estavam funcionando, como o espaço é fechado ficou muito quente. Estivemos lá no carnaval e apresentava o mesmo problema, espero que tal problema seja solucionado.
