Everything at this hotel is excellent and we must say without hesitation all the staff from front desk EYUP Always there to help ,and to the lobby bar where a very helpful young man Alpereengumuss as soon as he spotted us made a point of making us feel special always attending to our needs we think he liked to develop his English chatting to us a perfect gentleman. To the pool and a very special young lady ROSE from animation she encouraged my wife to take part in the aqua gym and although my wife was struggling to walk she absolutely loved it rose even came to the other pool to collect her pushing her walker round in her chair she made her the referee for the water polo rose is an absolutely lovely girl when my wife was not well she gave her a cuddle we must say Rose made my wife feel very special and made her holiday very special.We booked the Sultans Palace the food was outstanding we are not sure of the excellent waiters name but very very special it was the night of 21/9/24 and he decorated our table to a very high standard we loved it !!!!

What to say apart from what an amazing holiday this had been for the Perrys absolutely beautiful will shall return one day. We only booked this back in 2022 and now it’s 2024 planning something to look forward to is brilliant as you have something to look forward to creating memories that last a lifetime. Thanks to Mel's Travel yet again pulled this trip out the park for Cheryl I we have loved it to bits. Next Trip Martie No One Knows Where The Future Will Take Us 🏖️🥂✈️🇹🇷❤️😎

Fabulous hotel,luxurious, very clean, friendly staff,lots of food choices there's also a coffee shop,beach bar was brilliant lots of sunbed,entertainment in the arean was brilliant.Can't fail to enjoy your here, in fact this will be our third year returning.

Cudowny hotel pod każdym względem 😊 to były naprawdę cudowne wakacje. 7 lat temu byliśmy w sąsiednim hotelu Side Royal Palace i chcieliśmy tam wrócić ale postanowiliśmy ze tym razem udamy się do Side Royal Style . Wszędzie bardzo czysto 😊 pokoje sprzątane dokładnie. Barek uzupełniany codziennie, woda cola Fanta , sok i piwo . Jedzenie przepyszne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Ja byłam pod wrażeniem kuchni typowo Tureckiej . Desery petarda 😊 ale najważniejsze to obsługa w restauracji. Chłopaki robią naprawdę świetną robotę. Jestem pod wrażeniem. W hotelu znajduje się kawiarnia 😊 Skorzystałam z oferty spa i jestem zachwycona. Masaże na najwyższym poziomie. W hotelu znajdują się dwa baseny. Niestety już od rana zarezerowane są wszystkie leżaki . To znaczy leżą na nich ręczniki i nikogo nie ma . Szkoda że nikt tego nie sprawdza . Jeżeli ktoś nie znajdzie miejsca przy basenie to plaża wynagrodzi wszystko. Jest tam bardzo dużo leżaków i 3 bary z jedzonkiem i drinkami . Plaża piaszczysta wręcz cudowna. Animacje na wysokim poziomie. Blisko do ruin Side . Czy wróciłabym do tego hotelu ??? Oczywiście że tak ! Do tego a także do Side Royal Palace 🥰 rezerwujcie swoje cudowne wakacje

We spent a fortnight at Royal Style hotel. There are lots of positives to the hotel:- Hotel kept very clean. Excellent service at Reception desk. Good sized rooms. Great animation team. Lots of activities throughout the day. Good evening entertainment every other night. Could easily get a sunbed around the pool and at the beach. Lovely sandy beach 10 mins walk away with lots of shade. However there were some negatives:- Food was very disappointing. Breakfast there was no bacon, baked beans, hash browns, waffles, syrup, cereal and no proper juice. Lunch and dinner we often struggled to find something we wanted to eat. The display of food looked amazing, unfortunately it didn't taste as good as it looked. Service in the restaurant was often slow due to a lack of staff. I often had to ask for a drink at breakfast time. Tables were cleared slowly at dinner time. The majority of guests are German, Russians and Dutch. We were unaware of this when booked holiday. English is a 4th language, so often staff found it difficult to understand what we wanted. We really enjoyed our stay, but would not return due to the poor food. Despite being all inclusive, we ate out 3 times in the second week due to being so hungry.

Best service was at the reception and the lobby bar. The lobby was the quietest and most beautiful area of the hotel. Otherwise, the entire hotel area was restless. The pool area was too small and there were too few sunbeds. During the week I saw one tattered drink list, otherwise I had to guess what drinks and cocktails they might have on offer. You couldn't get cocktails at the beach bar at all, the drinks were served in hot and wet glasses. The beach bar closed too early. Often the glasses, plates and cutlery were dirty. Breakfast had a good selection of everything. There was a wide variety of dishes available for lunch and dinner. Sadly I couldn’t enjoy these foods much because I got food poisoning or bacteria on the first day on hotel. When we went for lunch and dinner, the senior staff stood at the door, they never greeted or welcomed us. There were not enough waiters at restaurants and at the beach bar. They had to run like crazy to manage the understaffed shift. I felt bad that they couldn't work, as professionals really should!! The room cleaner was wonderful, I left her the best tips! The room was always cleaned well. The air conditioning in the room was installed directly above the bed, so the cold air blew directly into the bed. The bed was hard as rock and squeaked when turning the side. The drain in the room smelled every day, even though the cleaner did her best. The loud evening program ended around 23:00 - 23:30. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
