Eten heeft totaal geen variatie. Het is wel warm. Kregen zogezegd een upgrade van kamer maar ganse nacht lawaai van airco ander hotel. Hebben na aandringen wel een betere kamer aan overkant gekregen. Buiten 2-3 personeelsleden die vriendelijk zijn is iedereen er nors. Strandbar is al gesloten en opgekuisd om 1530u. Veel te donker. Helemaal niet gezellig om te zitten. Animatie stelt niks voor. Handdoeken kunnen pas opgehaald worden om 8.30u. Strandshuttle vertrekt om 800u. Geen echte bediening,alles moet afgehaald worden aan de bar. Geen tandpasta,tandenborstel aanwezig. Een strandtas krijg je als je ze vraagt. Na jaren Turkije kan je echt wel zeggen geen 5 sterren ,misschien net 4. Pluspunt. In juni geen handdoekleggen aan de zwembaden. Voldoende ligzetels aanwezig. Omgeving ,rondom zwembaden is proper. Grote lobby,lekker koel en fijn om te zitten

Had a wonderful stay with my best friend. Nice large rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Food is excellent and drinks are served at your table in a quiet area with plenty of space to sit, both inside and outside. The beach was easily accessible with a shuttle service.

A very good hotel well located in Evrenseki. The location is close to the beach (barely 10 minutes on foot). The shops are located along the street which passes in front of the hotel. Nothing to be bored about! The only downside would be the parallel hotel which would tend to shade the swimming pools in the late afternoon. The solution is to end the day at the beach. And if you want a little peace and quiet, you can opt for the four-poster beds overlooking the swimming pool, or the swimming pool reserved for adults at a height. On the other hand, as far as the food is concerned, nothing to say: there is something for everyone and much more...especially when you are staying in the middle of the Eid period! Pastries and typical dishes galore. The same goes for drinks for which you have a choice. As for the staff, everyone takes care of themselves, as evidenced by the waitress in the lobby bar, who is very smiling, very efficient, and who spends her time teasing the customers. As for the rooms, they are very clean and very comfortable. We were also able to test the efficiency of the technical service for a small air conditioning problem as well as that of the reception which was quick to give us another room. In summary, a well-located hotel with smiling and efficient staff as well as top-notch catering!

Where to start, the very very beautiful hotel with its neoclassical Greco-Roman style architecture with views of other palaces like the Orange Palace or the Crown. The suspended swimming pool on the first floor is a masterpiece reserved for adults, very relaxing A large swimming pool on the ground floor with slides personally I would have preferred more slides, what can we say about the room we had a family room which was in real a F2 downright The very welcoming staff very kind to the little attention and the buffet what can we say about the extraordinary buffet quality quantity and taste valid for all meals even at the beach a huge buffet for lunch The side beach is simply magnificent very well appointed the seaside resort is sublime The falls of manavgat the ruins of apollo. Even the type of clientele that frequents this region are generally calm and very classy. I congratulate Turkey for its infrastructure and the very high level of service offered, bordering on indecency, it is so grandiose, I thank the dream world for their very high level of competence, I thank the city which welcomed us to open arms. + bardzo osbre jedzenie, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie + lokalizacja + bus hotelowy jeżdżący na plażę co 15 minut + darmowy mini bar w pokoju, codziennie uzupełniany + miła i pomocna obsługa hotelowa, zwłaszcza kelnerzy - większość barmanów umie zrobić tylko dwa drinki

Отель тянет на 3 звезды , анимации для детей ноль, сидит барышня и раздаёт карандаши, хватает её на 2 часа. Вечером 30 мин танцует с ними, подход к детям- ноль. Еда повторяется , кебаб и все... море продукты отсутствуют, есть креветки маленькие вечером, но нужно в очереди стоять час чтобы их тебе пожарили. До моря возит автобус, пляж общий, коктейли платные , мороженое платное, кушать можно на пляже, бассейн только один, горки работают 2 разы в день по часу , не успел - твои проблемы. В номерах убирают каждый день.

Otele giriş ilk giriş yaparken, resepsiyon personelinin davranışlarından nasıl bir tatil yapacağımız hakkında aklımda bir fikir oluşmuştu aslında, ilk karşılaşmadan çok memnun kaldigimi belirterek yoruma başlamak istiyorum. Çok fazla otelde tatil yaptım ama hiçbir otelde bu kadar , nazik, kibar ve guleryuzlu personelle karşılaşmadım. Personelin hepsi kalifiye ve alanında uzman kisilerden oluşmakta, bu konuyu otel müdürüne sorduğumda, personelleri özelikle ilgili alanlardan mezun kişiler arasından seçtiklerini belirtti. 6 günlük taitil boyunca asla bir personelin ters bir davranışı ile karşılaşmadım, resmen misafirler birşey istese de yapsak modunda hepsi, her daim hazırolda bekliyorlar. Otel pandemi kurallarına aşırı dikkat etmekte, yemekler çok aşırı iyi, herkesin zevkine hitap edecek şekilde menüler çıkmakta, her akşam ayrıca havuz başında mutlaka ızgara da pişirilen yiyecekler de bulunuyor. Menulerde istakozdan suşi ye, adana kebaptan karidese kadar herşey mevcut. Otelde içki çeşitliliği çok iyi, 15-16 çeşit alkollü kokteyl ücretsiz, diğer çoğu otelde bu kokteyller ücretli sunulmakta. Türk kahvesi ücretsiz bu ince bir detay bence. Ayrıca aklınızdaki kokteyli barmene anlatınca ekstra kokteyller de yapabilirsiniz. Oda temizliği çok iyi,mini bar da yeterli içecek mevcut, ayrıca odada kattle ve sallama cay, kahve vs.mevcut. Plaja gitmek için 10 dakika aralıklarla servis bulunmakta, kendine ait plajı var ve deniz çok iyi, yüzme bilmeyenler için denizin sığ olması avantaj. Burdan herkesle tek tek ilgilenen, masa masa dolaşıp genel istekleri dinleyen ve misafir memnuniyetini en üst düzeye çıkarmaya calisan genel müdür Emrullah Beye, f&b sorumlusu Mesut Beye, lobi barda çalışan Sevgi Hanıma, restoran kısmında bizimle sürekli ilgilenen Ferhat,Vedat, Abidin ve Fırat beylere, tüm animasyon ekibine(Aly,timo ve Umut), kahvalti soframızın vazgeçilmezi olan omletleri yapan Fatoş hanıma ve Ne olursa olsun her isteğimizi yerine getiren Barış Beye sonsuz teşekkürler ediyorum. Tatil boyunca bizi evimizde gibi hissettirdikleri için şükranlarımı sunuyorum, seneye tekrar görüşmek üzere..
