Paloma Oceana

I have only good experience and memories from this holiday at this hotel. I spent 7 days with my 3 boys (ae 10,10 and 9). Hotel staff was friendly and nice, clean rooms, very delicious and good food. Definitely plenty good choices of puddings 😊 I was staying at family connection rooms so it was perfect combination, we could go to see night entertainments and back in very quiet rooms. My children enjoyed time on water slides, for them it was important that pool water wouldn't be salty (as other hotels water parks had salty water). Most of hotel guests was German speaking people so all the time everyone would speak to us in German first but that's was just tiny thing. Also evening entertainments impressed me! Definitely it was much much better than I was expecting. I woud happily come back again.

Stayed at Paloma Oceana with a large Family group for a wedding. The wedding day itself was just perfect with such an amazing set up on the roof terrace. The wedding service, the layout of seating, the flower arch and the food and the dancing afterwards could not have been any better. The waiters were also very attentive regarding drinks 10/10 Paloma! The hotel itself is very clean with such beautiful well attended gardens surrounding the whole area. The food is great with something for everyone, meats, fish, vegetarian options, salads, many many sweets - there is no need to go out of the hotel as the variety was very good. Also, there are A La Carte restaurants of which we would recommend Wabisabi and the Steak restaurant, both were delicious. The beach here is the best we have seen in Turkey….lovely soft sand and then once entering the warm mediterranean sea, you can go out for approx 50 yards without it getting too deep. We would also recommend a 20 min taxi trip along to the stunning ancient town of Side, the views from here are amazing We would recommend this hotel for families snd couples alike

We have just spent absolutely amazing holidays at Paloma Oceana. It’s a perfect place for a family vacation, we have a toddler 2 y.o. and a baby 8 months. From the very beginning everything was great: Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We received quiet room with enough space for us 4. The room has everything we needed and everything was working properly. The room needs a little bit of refreshing reparations but apart from that it’s all fine. Food is great. We always had a nice meal at the main restaurant and a-la-carte (2x in Quantine and 1x in Avare). Great choice, even for a baby. Animation team is just amazing. Our daughters loved the mini-disco, we’re looking forward to it the whole day. Elif, Anastasia and Julia - thank you very much! In general, the hotel has super amenities for kids - 2 kid’s pool, great playground and water slides. The area of the hotel is very green, beautiful and taken care of. The beach is by far the best as in the hotels nearby, has a lot of space for everyone, and sea is perfect for kids. We could use the opportunity to visit the Piano Bar as our kids were sleeping. Amazing, especially when there was live music. Furkan and Mehmet made our time there absolutely wonderful. Always very attentive, polite, professional, funny and friendly. Thank you, Paloma Oceana! We would definitely recommend your place to everyone and hopefully come back one day.

2nd year in a row to this hotel, they have stopped the bottle lager which is a massive issue as the draughty beer is rubbish. The draught Efes / Becks resembles urine, flat in 10 seconds. It’s a huge fail for me as I like a good drink on my holidays,,,,,,,,, cutting costs by stopping bottles beers yet the price of the holiday keeps going up !!!! #dissapointed

Recently stayed at the Oceana for the 14th time. It's such a great hotel. Lovely spacious room (in main block overlooking pool). Spotless. Excellent food in both buffet and a la carte restaurants. Pool and beach perfect and no problem with loungers (you don't have to get up at 0700 to reserve!). Staff all delightful. Ground kept immaculately. Only gripe as non-smoker is that not enough segregation in main buffet restaurant. Inside it's non-smoking but if you want to eat outside in lovely Turkish weather there are just a handful of tables for non-smokers. As result you can end up eating breakfast and dinner surrounded by smoke. Not pleasant. Given size of the terrace the hotel could easily segregate with one half away from entrance/buffet for smoking and the other half with clean air.

Well where do i start… we have just had our wedding at this hotel, the hotel itself is stunning and beautiful, our room was a double room for 2 adults, 2 children and was massive with privacy for both me and my husband and 2 teens. The hotel is huge, the gardens around the hotel our beautiful with the best views, the beach is lovely and well looked after, all soft sand and the beach bar is fantastic with some great food options at lunch, we ate there most days, the restaurant, there is plenty of choice everyday, always something for everyone and we was party of 20. Our wedding for me was the highlight of our holiday, I knew exactly what I wanted and soon as we got here, I met with the guest relations manger Begimai, and she has been absolutely fantastic, she made sure everything I wanted was done to perfection, went above and beyond to make sure our special day was perfect, as well as being so lovely and kind, nothing as been so much trouble for her to sort out as well as booking meals and other things, the other lady Dilan from guest relations is again been fantastic, she has also done everything she could to make our holiday special and she did a fantastic job with our wedding ceremony, so kind and lovely, these two are a credit to the hotel, also the assistant manager who we also met with to go over a few things with our wedding, he made sure we was happy and any worries we had, he sorted for us, I’ve never been to a hotel where all the staff are so friendly and helpful, all the waiters are brilliant and can’t do enough for you, one in particular has been amazing, his name is ilhan, you will find him usually in the steak al a carte, but he also was the main waiter at our wedding and he made sure we was all ok, got our drinks brought to us before we had even finished the one we had, absolutely fantastic, we visited 2 al a cartes, the steak one, the food was fantastic, one of the best steaks we have ever had, also the wasabi, the food there again 10/10, the water park out of the hotel is fantastic, a must visit if you come to this hotel. Also the TUI rep Joanne in the hotel, she has been absolutely fantastic, always there when you need her for anything, sorts any problems you have out straight away, and is again so lovely, our holiday and wedding wouldn’t have been the same if it wasn’t for Begimai, Dilan, Joanne and ilhan, we will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future, and anyone looking to book a wedding here, you won’t be disappointed at all.
