A great 4-day stay, honestly a real palace that is really worth the 5 stars, I am not disappointed, I really recommend it, the spacious rooms, the all-you-can-eat buffet, the drinks are great but sweet. The staff is really nice, always there for you.

Das Animationsteam war sehr sehr freundlich und hat sich sehr bemüht leider wollten manche gäste nucht mitmachen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit den Animationsteam. Der rest war leider nicht so befriedigend. Putzteam hat nur Bett gemacht und ab und zu dem Boden geputzt. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem.

26-29 eylül 2024 de yaz tatili olarak tatil budur afyon şubesi tavsiyesi ile gittik, denizi oldukcagüzel 700 800 m gidiyorsunuz boyunuz geçmeden sırf kum ve sakindi eylül ayında bile otelin plajda alanı var snack barı vs var otel aşırı dolu kalabalıkdı ama yine şezong bulmak asla zor değildi ,plaj snack barında herşey var öğle yemeği icin tekrar otele dönüm gidip gelmeey gerek yoktu,plaja 750 m kadar mesafeli ama sürekli ring atan bir minibüs var yürüyerekde 5 7 dk da varırsınız hem çarşı içinden gidiliyor belki dikkatinizi birşey çeker. ayrıca yemekler ve temizlik gerçekten cok iyi personelde güler yüzlü ama animasyon ve eğlence kısmı biraz zayıf kaldı :) bir cok farklı otel e gittim eğlence kısmı biraz artırılabilir pazar günü mesela animasyon yok dediler mesela gece animasyonu olmasa bile gündüz eğlenceli müzikler çalıp insanlar çoşkulandırılabilir geri kalan hizmetleri cok güzel ama eğlence ekibi biraz da artırabilir tecrübeli personellerle planlama yapılabilir tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir otel oldu, herşey için teşekkürler. Hotelde yemek haric hersey berbat, özellikle Garsonlar yüzde 97 Garsonlukla ilgi ve alakalari yok. Ve Plaje berbatin ötesi hic ilgilenen yok. En kötü nokta temizlik yikanmamis Tabaklari getirdiler Plajda. Özellikle Garson Kadir ve Hakana tesekkürlerimizi iletiriz. Sonuc bu Hoteli basda söyledigim gibi hic kimseye Tavsiye edemeyecegim.

The hotel is advertised as a 5* hotel, however it lacks in the quality and in my opinion more of a 3* establishment. I paid extra to have a pool view room, the room was in a busy ground floor busy walkthrough, noisy people making their way back to their rooms right through to 4am. As far as pool view was concerned, it was the pool to the hotel next door. The pools were small and lacking sunbeds, although there is a rule not to reserve sunbeds, people were out at 7am to reserve. The resturant was ok at times, but a struggle to get a table and the service extremely poor, tables uncleaned, lack of cutlery and food on the floor. Countless times I had to get my own cutlery and to find someone to mop up food left on the floor by previous diners. quality of food was ok, but the whole exterience nowhere near a 5 star catering service. The entertainment was poor, low quality and not varied enough, in a location which was not big enough for the amount of guests and somelimes long queues for drinks. Only positive for us was the house cleaning, the room was always cleaned and tidied very well. Compaired to other 5* hotels in Side this was well below standard. I booked with Love Holidays and shall be giving my feedback. Overall I feel I paid far too much for the quality, level of service and standards edvertised and expected.

Otelden çok memnun kaldık. Ailecek kaldık. Yemekler ve hizmet çok kaliteliydi. Her şey için well palace ailesine teşekkür ederiz. Oteli tavsiye ediyorum. 1 hafta kaldık bir sorun olmadı. Otelin konumu ve sahili çok güzeldi. Türk gecesi çok eğlenceli geçti.

On arival we were given a shoe box of room no window or balcony, after an hour we were moved to a shoe box with outside area for the night next day we’re given new room was ok, went unpack and it hasent been cleaned!! Eventually got a ok room at 4pm! So day wasted, food look warm drinks local,seen a staff member who was serving food go toilet not wash hand then start serving food again 🤮 spoke to a couple who had been in the sun classes shop( in hotel) they dropped a pair of fake glasses and broke them, they offered to pay 20 euro but man refused saying it 100 euro of I will get men up spoil you and your family’s hotel!! All in all for the price yes it cheap would I return no thank you

Bu zamana kadar çok fazla otele gittim kâh çok büyük sahneleri vardı kâh çok büyük partiler ama farkettim ki bu otel yormadan ama eğlendirerek mükemmel eğlenceler sunan aslında tam olarak "tatil" Anlayışına sahip bir yer özellikle ben çalışanların resepsiyondan tutun garsonlarına kadar hepsinin özenle seçildiğini söyleye bilirim.Benim kaldığım süre hem rahatlattı hemde yeterince eğlenceli geçti ayrıca yemek konusunda da taktir etmem gerekli çünkü yemek konusunda seçici bir insan olsanız bile her öğün en az 2 tabak doldurup masaya oturuyorsunuz kısacası herkesin emeğine sağlık umarım seneyede bu otele gelicem herkesin güler yüzlülüğü için tekrar tekrar teşekkürler 🙏

Avant de m’y rendre, je suis tombé sur bcp d’avis négatifs qui m’ont un peu fait peur quant à mon séjour. Alors oui, la nourriture y est abondante, mais de qualité moyenne. Ce n’est pas immangeable non plus… c’est dommage En dehors de ça tout était parfait. Propreté, piscine, chambre, personnel, boisson et cocktails, beignet à la plage glace à volonté pour notre fils. Pas de charge mental c’était vraiment bien merci
