Food was average but the prices were fair. Drain smell in the hotel. Welcome staff were great but bar staff acted like they didn't want to be there. Maybe under staffed. Paid for a partial sea view but you would need to cut the trees down to see it. Rooms comfortable and the bed was great. Shower was great. Position of the hotel is fabulous for beaches and restaurants and a bus stop outside which takes you straight to Palma.

The hotel appears small on first arrival but as the week went by, it turned out this is a perfect place if you are looking for a quiet, comfortable place to recharge the batteries. The pool area was clean and plenty of sunbeds. Food at breakfast and dinner was superb

Accoglienza al check in fredda, pulizia della stanza pessima (capelli ovunque, doccia, bagno, letto), cena tutto a buffet ( con quello che si paga, mi devo pure servire da solo), nessuna volontà di venire incontro alle richieste del cliente.

Excellent stay. Food good choice, fresh fish cooked in front of you at dinner times. Drinks a bit pricey, pool clean. Half hour bus to Palma only 2 Euros single trip per person. Quiet location there are a few restaurants around but did not try any of these. Can walk to nice beaches in half hour heading towards Magaluf way. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Desayuno de 11, habitación perfecta, vistas impagables, atención magnifica y volveremos sin duda! La cena en Blue disfrutando de las vistas y una tormenta fue una experiencia unica. Por la mañana darse un baño en el mar y el SPA tambien fue muy especial. Muchas gracias!!!

La posizione è ottima se cercate un posto tranquillo in una zona verde e senza caos, l'albergo è dotato di molti servizi ed il personale è accogliente, l'unica pecca è la pulizia delle camere alquanto superficiale e il fatto che le camere abbiano il bagno a vista con pareti in vetro opaco. Attenzione quando prenotate ..la dicitura "superior" indica la camera standar base

nous rentrons d'un séjour dans cet hotel où vous déjeunerez ou dinerez face à la mer. Chambre propre avec literie nickel, bouilloire avec thé ou café et frigo avec boissons payantes. Les repas soit sous forme de buffet à volonté à 29e ou l'autre bar restaurant à la carte. Variés, copieux et du choix contrairement à certains avis lus. Petit déjeuner parfait. Un parking payant à 14e face à l'hôtel. Arrêt du bus 4 (prendre la carte 10 voyages à 15e) au pied de l'hôtel mais prévoir minimum 40 à 45 mn jusqu'à Palma. Très belle piscine face à la mer avec petite crique privée mais avec des cailloux et rochers. Prévoir chaussures adaptées. Par contre, pour un hotel 4 étoiles avec des prix élevés, mauvaise surprise si vous pensez vous reposer. Dès 7h du matin, vous avez droit chaque jour aux claquements des portes. Pas de petite sieste reposante en fin d'après midi car vous entendrez les meubles qui sont déplacés ou les gens qui braillent dans le couloir. Et le soir après 23h, vous devrez supporter l'incivilité des gens qui éclatent de rire, qui crient, qui chahutent dans le couloir et bien entendu qui flambent la porte. Hallucinant. La réception est impuissante face à ce problème. Nous ne reviendrons dans aucun hotel du groupe BARCELO

Vriendelijke verwelkoming, duidelijke uitleg in het Engels. Een dikke duim aan alle personeel, de kamermeisjes doen hun werk goed, ook de badmeester hield alles en iedereen in het oog. Het is aangenaam dat er altijd ligbedden vrij zijn als je aan het zwembad wil liggen en er geen handdoeken op lege stoelen achterbleven. We trokken vaak naar de baai waar je rustig op het zeewater kan dobberen. Ook daar stonden er ligbedden klaar. (is een tip voor de mensen die roken, want er is een rookverbod aan het zwembad en bar) Prachtig uitzicht vanop ons balkon. Enkele cruiseschepen kunnen zien. We hebben een week kunnen genieten. Uitgebreid ontbijt met héél veel keuze. Misschien een kleine tip naar de directie toe: de ontbijtkeuze bij het vertrek (een vroege vlucht) kan beter. Aan de receptie stond de koffiemachine klaar met 2 bokalen koekjes en een mandje fruit (appel, banaan, peer). Een croissant of een stuk cake bijvoorbeeld was beter geweest. Oja, nog een tip voor de ijsjeskenners: rechtover dit hotel is een ijssalon waar je de beste ijsjes van het land kan eten. Mooi meegenomen!
