The location is good, near the night-out areas, fast food chains, and a mall (SM). The hotel was clean and organized. However, the only downside is their lack of responsiveness across all forms of communication. Phone calls just ring without being answered, and their landline, website, and Facebook pages are equally unresponsive. Despite a slight delay due to a problem with the keycard, the stay itself was great. The rooms are clean, and the staff are nice and polite. The greatest selling point is their cheap price.

Front desk service: There is none outside the standard 8AM to 5PM office hours. You'll be lucky if somebody actually picks up the line. Having stayed here for quarantine purposes and not being allowed to step out of the room, this βno serviceβ is a big no no. Non-front desk staff: The bell hop is pro active in bringing up ordered food. I gambled with ordering food from the outside as I couldn't order food from the hotel simply because there was nobody picking up the line. Luckily, the bell hop would bring up the food ordered from the outside. I would've starved if they didn't bring the food up. Room: Everything is old. The bed was not comfortable. The fridge had to be changed as it was not working. The cable tv line up was really bad as well. The floor was dusty. Room slippers? They're old and crumbly. The moment I slipped my feet in them, they ripped. I just laughed it off as I was just tired getting upset anymore. Breakfast: Better order food from the outside. I was told that the food in this place is good. Fake news. Will I consider going back to this place? If there is another quarantine hotel, I wouldn't stay in Hotel del Rio anymore.

I had a great stays in Go Hotels Iloilo because all staff are very accommodating, especially Ms. Jinny Amador the assigned receptionist that day. She is very helpful with regards with our needs. I like also how she give her big smiles to us though she is wearing a mask we can see it through her eyes. Highly recommended because the location is great, near in Mall and Church and the price is very affordable. Thank you

GGuest UserI'm so pleased that I chose this hotel to stay at. I arrived with a stomach bug and was feeling quite ill. A few minutes after I called the front desk to request for late checkout, the desk supervisor, Erica, called me to graciously ask how I was doing and offered to send me some soft food and even some hydration salts. I declined the food but gladly accepted the Hydrite. I was so pleased with this gesture on Erica's part that I immediately felt at home and extended my stay for two more days. This hotel is first class. It's super clean all around, including the rooms. It's simply a well-managed place. The restaurant food and service was superb (food was at hotel prices, as expected, but breakfast buffet was free). Excellent wait staff. I highly recommend the Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and I will certainly be back.

CChristopherAt checkin, we had to ask to exchange to the room we booked. Walls are thin, our room next to cleaning staff rest area. Very noisy. Late at night and early in the morning at 7am, they knocked on our door asking to βcheck water heater β. I told them nothing was wrong with it, but knocked again an hour later. It was very scary, as if they wanted to get into our room.
Front desk apologized but did not have an explanation of why the water heater needed to be checked. Will not stay again.

LLehcar23We booked in this hotel because it has a family room and we haven't been here before. We were not expecting much as the price was cheapest among our other choices. However, we were a bit amazed of what it offers, from the courteous and helpful staff,to the spacious and clean family room.
The room was I think 40sq.m more or less, with 2 single beds and a sofa, small table with glasses and cups and saucers., a smart TV with wifi connection, and a toilet & bath, terrace, and another room with King bed and it's own toilet & bath, and terrace also. There were 2 air-conditioning units, 1 in the main room while the other 1 is in the masters bedroom. There were toiletries, towels, shower, bidet in the bathrooms. There was no ref nor oven but there's a water heater and welcome drinks (water & coffeeπ).
The building was quite old but surprisingly clean, same with the curtains, towels and beddings.
There was an elevator going to our floor.
Outside, theres a swimming pool, a bar, a coffee shop and resto but we were not able to explore any of those since we were so excited to roam around the city as the hotel is in the Iloilo City Proper.
Its location was very accessible as the Jeep from Jaro to the downtown passes in front of the hotel, among other jeepneys.it is also walking distance to the Gaisano City Mall, St Clements Church, and a lot of shopping malls at the other side.

KKring15Location is good if you want to travel within Iloilo city. Super accessible for everything. Deluxe room is so spacious and comfortable. Lobby is the best. Crew is super bait and accomodating. Resto besides the hotel is super good. Price is cheap but the serving is super madami and offcourse food is super namit. Highly recommended for staycation also. If you want to have a party at night place is super suitable. Thank you Mo2 for the very relaxing place.π₯°

Theyβre branding themselves as βluxuryβ, donβt be deceived since theyβre far from luxury. Thereβs cockroaches on our room, ants, and dripping air conditioner.
Swimming pool should be closed for maintenance, tiles are everywhere and you can step on them while swimming! SAFETY HAZARD!
Welcome drink is appreciated, but the bar is too loud and empty. You can hear the banging music from ground floor elevator, rooms are not sound proofs so be mindful.
Staffs are nice and attentive thought so thatβs a plus points!

Rooms are tidy and you can avail for daily room cleaning at higher room prices. Online reservation is also fast and cheap. Would stay again soon.

AAleksandr P.We returned to this hotel again from Gigantes Island and stayed for another 3 days. We were satisfied with everything, the only bad thing was that there were strong low tides in the sea. The staff is very responsive and attentive. There is shampoo, toothpaste, toilet paper and bottled water in the room, the breakfast is very filling and tasty.

LlinikitThrough Trip.com this was an extremely low budget expense and we surely got what we paid for. We only paid for a place to sleep and not looking to enjoy any amenities. So, the wi-fi signal was barely a blip every few seconds but we had purchased a βpocket wi-fiβ. Water pressure was not consistent but we've had the background of using a water scoop to take showers. The water tank for the toilet leaked when used but the water was unused and clean so it was tolerable. The AC unit was a 5,000 btu (smallest, I think) so it was good for the nights rest but may not be enough during daytime but we never stayed-in on those times. There was no microwave nor toilet paper provided, but we had brought with us toilet paper. So in short, it was by no means at par with many hotels at all, but sometimes we do need these lower rung hotels for travel according to our needs. Would we book with them again? Depends on our purposes. And I am still thankful that I had a pillow to lay my head on at night safely.
