very accommodating staff and whatt I love about it is very accessible to the mall and the spa plus with Free brekky it's very cheap with very nice clean hotel

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. It’s new, it’s clean, rooms are spacious enough for our family of 5, place is convenient and the staff are friendly.

Excellent location connected to SM mall! Clean, nice breakfast, gym, pool and the king bed was very comfortable.

Beddings weren’t clean. Asked to change them but even the new ones has stains on them. The bathroom stinks even after cleaning. Had to repeat myself over the phone 3 times before getting the order done. Gym is quite small and has limited equipment. Location is great. Food is too expensive for little serving and the kansi soup wasn’t sour but salty. Overall, not worth the price.

i like to stay in park inn because 1) location is close to shopping area, not far from airport 2) service is good, 3) i did not try swimming pool, 4) i like their water supply and home size 5) breakfast can only say acceptable or close to not good (better not to try next time)

Perfect if you’re going to shop at SM since it’s located just outside of the mall. They also have pool so perfect for vacation with kids. Restaurant food is also great.
