Hôtel très bien situé, à 2 pas des restaurants. Chambre confortable et propre. Petit déjeuner très agréable (vaste choix). Et surtout tout le personnel, que ce soit à la réception ou à l'entretien, est souriant, très aimable, disponible et très professionnel. Un endroit à recommander, vraiment. Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux !

Hotel très accueillant, chaleureux et familliale où le personnel se souvient de vous et de vos habitudes. Un verre en soirée ou en pleine nuit sur la terrasse, c est possible et toujours avec le sourire!!! Détente et convivialité, nous recommandons !

We have been visiting this hotel for the past 15 years and always receive a warm welcome from Luca and his family. Luca maintains the highest standards at his hotel and the property is kept spotless. Nothing is too much trouble for him. As well as the comfortable room with crisp white sheets there are modern bathrooms with fluffy towels and great rain shower. In your room there is a small fridge with drinks and snacks topped up each day. There is even a water fountain to provide you with cold still or sparkling water and he even provides the bottles for you to top up when required. The hotel provides beach towels and a beach bag and umbrellas if it happens to rain. There is a 24 hour reception and there is great secure parking for motorcycles as well as cars. The hotel is within easy walking distance to both the town and lovely sandy beach. If the weather isn’t great there is a small bar area in the hotel with a cosy comfortable lounge area with sofas. You always get a delicious breakfast with homemade cakes, focaccia and jams as well as a choice of omelette, scrambled eggs or fried egg made to order along with great coffee made for you. It is always a pleasure to stay and the hotel is under rated at 3 star as it is far better than many 4 star hotels in the area as well as being more comfortable and friendly. Depuis que je descends dans cet hôtel 4 ème fois en dix ans il y a toujours des nouveautés aussi bien dans l ’équipement que dans la décoration , hôtel familial tenu de main de maître par Luca,aidé par Danila sa maman ,et surtout par sa tante Christina , et tout le reste de son équipe qui font tout pour vous rendre vôtre séjour très agréable Hôtel avec voiturier comme dans les palaces ,,calme proche de la mer et des commerces mais aussi d ' une piste cyclable qui relie IMPÉRIA à SAN REMO Le petit déjeuner est très varié (celà va de l'omelette , aux gâteaux et confitures faites maison ) Luca et son équipe sont à votre écoute ils vous renseignent sur toutes les curiosités à découvrir dans les environs, de la gare .....etc toujours avec bonne humeur Je conseille vivement cet hôtel , moi j espère y retourner bientôt

Hotel molto pulito. Buona posizione con parcheggio privato. Personale gentilissimo. Camere a tre letti molto piccola. Vista mare solo dal terzo piano ! Colazione buona con terrazza esterna. Tranquillo come hotel. Conduzione familiare
