Went during off season so town was very quiet and not many amenities open. Hotel was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful, highly recommend!

The hotel's location within the town is fantastic and I appreciated the convenience of the location. Nonetheless, considering the cost, the cleanliness did not meet my expectations. Minor details were overlooked, such as grime beneath the microwave and a heavily soiled air conditioning filter, and no mattress protectors. Additionally, the insect screen door was inoperative, and when I enquired about it, I was informed that it was scheduled for removal altogether. The response suggested that if the door happened to work, that would be a bonus, but if not, it was something I would have to tolerate.

A very nice place to stay at while in Waterton. A subway is close by for food if you come in the off-season (which is when we visited). The place was clean, the beds were comfy (we had a queen and a murphy bed) and the fireplace was appreciated for the warmth. We would visit here again.

The roof sounded like the metal was flapping all night in the wind. Otherwise great stay. The wine selection in the restaurant is awful… would like to see that improve.
