JN Park Hotel

Le service top. Le personnel n’a pas un très bon niveau d’anglais ce qui a causé un quiproquo. Le personnel est agréable et avenant. Le service au top et les extras sont payant.

The hygiene is worrisome. There are obvious stains and several bugs on the bed. They are on the sheets and pillows. They are found on two beds in two rooms far apart. This proves that they did not fly in from the window, because there is no bug in one room. As for the windows, the hotel mattresses were not clean! I suspect it hasn’t been cleaned since the last guest left. Unfortunately, videos cannot be uploaded here so that everyone can enjoy the scene of a bunch of bugs. Moreover, the so-called cleaning of the room every day is just folding quilts, and there is no garbage. Unfortunately, the only remaining points are for the reception. They are indeed actively handling the problem. After the complaint was made, the bed was immediately replaced. Although there was still a musty smell after the replacement, as for other aspects...the breakfast was average and the restaurant was right next to it. The entrance to the lobby is very noisy. If it weren't for the fact that the Inspire resort was full, I would never have booked this hotel. Although it is close enough to the venue, I would never recommend this quality.

The rooftop swimming pool is great. When we came, it was not a holiday and there were not many people, so we had a lot of fun in the pool. Some of the self-service facilities and pool rental items in the hotel require credit cards. We had to ask the waiter to swipe their personal cards for cash. It was solved very well. I am very grateful. It is very close to the beach, and elementary school students can walk that far. In addition to the restaurants on the beach, some local restaurants such as the nearby rice sausage soup restaurant close very early (some at 4 pm), and the coffee shop in the hotel also stops selling before the afternoon, so you can eat early.

가족과 함께한 여행인데 전반적으로 만족했어요! 어른 셋이 함께하기 충분한 방 크기였어요~ 화장실이 넓어서 아이 씻기기에도 좋았습니다!

아주 깔끔 그자체라고는 말못하겠지만 준수합니다. 객실 커피포트 주변 센서등이 밤새 자동으로 자꾸 꺼졌다 켜졌다해서 괜히 좀 무서웠음...

수영장도 재밌었고. 좀 작아서 아쉬웠지만 침대가 너무너무 편안해서 숙면을 취했습니다 친절하시고 또 방문하고싶어요
