No credit, the breakfast was mediocre, it was a 20-minute drive from the city sign, and the temperature in Cleveland was very low in the winter.

Elevator broken but Hampton compensated us with an outstanding discount 👍😉. Only complaint was being near the ice machine.

Hotel was laid out differently maybe in an H format. In upper floors you couldn’t walk to all rooms-you had to be in right wing & we got it wrong . Had to back to first floor to get to other side

Stayed overnight with my daughter to attend a concert. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. No complaints about the room, which was clean and came with two queen beds and a decent-sized fridge. Beds were comfortable, and we both slept well. Parking was adequate, no long walks to the door. No noise issues. Bathroom was clean and equipped with a nightlight. Other than her cereal and my coffee we didn't take advantage of the breakfast buffet but the offerings seemed plentiful. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Cleveland.

The staff was friendly, engaging and helpful. Clean rooms, functional and comfortable. Parking was ample and quick to get back to main highways. Effortless checking in and out. The staff was the real standout.

We had a great short stay. Breakfast was lovely, as was Carol, the breakfast attendant.
Convenient location for heading into Cleveland and going to the basketball. Rooms were big and clean.
