Very nice and beautiful place to stay. The owners were amazing and kind. The rooms were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Would come back 100% if we ever get to the area again.

What a lovely B&B! Each room is theme docorated. It is quiet and everyone has a private bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and the statf was friendly and professional. Would defininely return here!

The rooms are very nice. Each one is decorated in a different and unique style. This was our second visit to the inn and the staff made us feel like returning friends. The breakfast is very good with more food than we could finish so you start your day with a full stomach. Would definitely return if in Independence again.

Staff was very pleasant and kind. We enjoyed the refreshments provided—coffee, water, and snacks were available throughout the day. Bed was comfortable. Convenient location for a Chiefs game. Areas to improve—-our room was not clean. Shower was moldy, dirty shower curtain, stains on comforter, carpet was dirty—-this hotel was definitely showing its age! When we asked for a new comforter—the new one had hair on it. Lots of hair (not ours) was found all over. Breakfast was minimal—and not very tasty. This accommodation would be perfect with a remodel as well as a deep cleaning for the guests. I would definitely suggest to improve the breakfast options. I don’t think the positives outweighed the negatives for me to stay again.

The whole place was friendly and cozy atmosphere! The staff was very welcoming, the rooms are made up to be European style with each room a country. Beds were very comfortable, food was homemade in the morning and we made friends with the other guests that ate the same time as us. A real nice touch was coffee stand and water and soda whenever you wanted. I would definitely stay again!

I have been here twice now and we LOVE IT. i gave gotten two different rooms and love them both. The food is also fantastic 😋. Great stay . Will do again

This is the cutest little Bed and Breakfast. Once you walk through the door you are transported to a whole new place. Each room is beautifully decorated and set up for guest. Fresh warm cookies were made and set out at check-in time. There is a little library room with games and movies you can take to your room and coffe and tea available all the time. They have a large backyard with lots of cute little seating areas. And breakfast was a delight. A wonderfully presented and balanced meal that changes daily. The owner even popped in and joined all the guest for breakfast and was genuinely interested in every guest.

I stayed at the Woodstock Inn Bed and Breakfast with my husband. We were greeted at the door by a staff member. She was very pleasant and helpful. She took our suitcase and showed us to our room. We had the Greek room. It was beautifully decorated. There were even a couple of books on the table about Greece. The bed was comfortable, so we had a good night's sleep. At breakfast, the staff served delicious meal. I highly recommend Woodstock Inn Bed and Breakfast.
