Beautiful hotel, nice and friendly staffs and nice rooms.

When you first get there, the property looks decent. However, the hallway had a terrible smell, and upon entering our room, the tile floors were sticky. We later noticed the bathroom was dirty and had mold and rust in the shower. The towels were dingy, looked like they had not been bleached ever. My family had three rooms reserved and my son’s room had an atrocious smell. He went to the front desk and reported it, they stated there was nothing they could do and he gave him some air freshener. He went again the second day because the smell still had not gone away and the front desk person again said there was nothing they could do. The second day of swimming, we asked for some pool towels and were told they didn’t have any. I would guess it’s okay if you can overlook the issues but would not book again.

All was very clean out and inside was great. Air conditioninh worked perfect! Loved the shower. The front desk staff even helped us find some pamphlets that we were wanting to visit. Overall our 3 night stay was perfect.

Dirty room. Floors were dirty and sticky, both carpet and hard floor. There was not a surface that was clean. Remote was sticky and gross. Luckily, were able to put it in a plastic bag. I should have read reviews on other sites to get a better picture of this hotel. Would not recommend.

Nice room and nice grounds in an urban setting. Front desk gentleman who checked me in was excellent. The toilet did not have a good flushing velocity, something getting more noticeable in the last few years. But I would recommend this place! GR

Clean room, staff friendly, I would have preferred toppings for the oatmeal like the sign posted

Took awhile for rm to get cool didn't know about a 100$charge but was told on check out it could take 3 to 10 days for it to be credited back otherwise the stay was good

Bathroom was clean, but toilet pressure really was not the best. Staff was friendly helpful and were above and beyond with help. Did not get breakfast but it’s free from 7 to 10 not sure what they offer. Air conditioning was great no issues even through a thunderstorm. parking was easy and accessible. They have a pool if you want to go for a dip. Wouldn’t mind coming back.
