******* tried to cancel our reservations thru the hotel. It resulted in check-in taking a very long time. I got an email and a call from *******, trying to tell us the hotel didn’t have a room for us. Obviously this was inaccurate. I won’t be using ******* again for any reservations.

Just an average hotel with nothing to talk about. Employees not to helpful without questions. Self service for towels unless you fill a form out the day before and when you bring the dirty towels down, they ask why you did not leave them in the hallway. Bottle generic water is $3.

Room was comfortable and quiet. Hair on shampoo bottles and shower walls. Woman at check-in was friendly and quick. At check out, man at desk was avoiding eye contact and wasn’t friendly.
