Breakfast was blah. Hours of amenities were not convenient. Broken whirlpool tub!!!

when we first checked into our room it was very dirty and the sheets had yellow stains all over them, there was food on the floors and was overall not clean. they switched us to a second room and we still did not feel comfortable staying there. the lady at the front desk was very accommodating and gave us our money back without any issues

I only got as far as the parking lot and refused to stay. Minimal cars in lot, lobby full of men standing around. 3 females smoking in doorway. Pool area was dark.
I immediately called Hotels,com and hotel is refusing refund

The beds of our room were made but the sheets were dirty upon arrival.
After speaking to the staff they upgraded us to a double king(with clean sheets)

The quality in unfortunately had some false advertisement. Not only did the room not look as pictured online, but it was dusty, had a hole in the wall and a stain on the bathroom ceiling.
