For a hotel I’ve stayed at a few years ago, it’s really gone downhill. Toilet wouldn’t flush sometimes, which would create an odor in the room. Although the signs posted throughout the hotel said no *****, I could smell ********* in the hallways, and the constant vehicle traffic in the parking lot was indicative of drug dealing. Coffee was only available during breakfast. I had cockroaches in my room a few times, and finally, on my last night there, the washing machine broke and delayed my laundry and packing. This used to be a nice place to stay but not anymore. Doubt I’ll come back.

The hotel and area are much different than I remember, but the hotel is an old favorite from 15 years ago, not splashy or extravagant but rooms just big enough to relax and beds comfortable enough to sleep on. Decent place.

Good for a cheap quick stay. Room was clean enough, no bugs or major issues that I usually check for when I travel. Staff was friendly but too quite a long time checking us in. Suggest to have your confirmation check in documents ready it’ll make it a lot smoother. Other than that, good experience overall

The absolute worst place to stay at , the days inn up the street is better on Michigan rd is better then 8300 Craig st northeast Indiana . I called the BBB on them because it was crazy & no compensation yet the bed was nasty the tv didn’t work and I uploaded all photos I took

I booked this hotel and the location met my requirements. However, when the hotel agreed, Ctrip informed in writing that the room included breakfast, but in fact the hotel refused to provide it. Information service is not accurate. The hotel facilities are old; the hotel corridors and carpets in the rooms are dirty; the hotel rooms are in poor condition and some of them are still in need of repair. The sewer pipes in the room are blocked and affect the use. There are also stains in the corner of the bathroom. Do not recommend any traveler to stay in this hotel!

It's okay, the price/performance ratio is OK

The room was very dirty stuff on the walls, the curtains, the air conditioner buttons. Worse I’ve seen and I have stayed there a few times.

Great staff just very outdated, stains everywhere, Wierd smell, and big potholes just getting in the lot

Very disappointed! Location was good but room was in need up repair. Unorganized. Lack of lights. Would not stay there again. Worst stay on our road trip!

Men’s room broke in lobby broke. Breakfast was limited. Coffee cups are small. No oj just sunny delight.

This place was FILTHY...Roach infested, some of the TVs were not working, and bathrooms were just too small. Showers did not have that much pressure.

This has been the uncleanest hotel I've been to. Said to be smoke free, it is far from that. Room was completely trashed, mirrors, light shades, picture frames crooked and broken. Food left in refrigerator. management. This place should not be in any form allowed to be in business.

The visit started with a $25 charge for a 2hr early checkin and continued to fines being slapped on the place for multiple infractions regarding the elevator during an inspection which resulted in multiple fines, one for not paying for the license for years. There was a hole in the window (outermost pane). The room smelled of smoke. We arrived for breakfast at 6:45 and there was nothing to eat but 2 pieces of sad looking toast. Finally on our second night we were woken at 4am by a bunch of drunks. The last morning we went to my daughter’s final performance at YAGP and needed a late check out so should could shower and clean up. They had the audacity to try and charge $65 for 2 hrs. I think based on our experience it was the least they could do. The only charm was the 80s kitch look. The place hasn’t been touched in 35yrs. Should be shut down. It’s a joke.
