The room and service are very good

Don’t be fooled by the name of this hotel. It’s a good location, but it’s worse than the Chinese Guest House. I didn't sleep all night, the environment and the bathroom of the room were not clean, and the air conditioner temperature was relatively cool. I have stayed at the worst Sheraton hotel, I thought I went to the wrong hotel. 🥴

No breakfast and no pick-up service. The swimming pool is good. Under 21 years old can't check in alone. The front desk service is average.

Room was old not clean - beds were old and not straight - I had two queen beds and the put me in two fulls

Stay was good but parking was sub standard. Lots of construction going on so parking looks like you are parking in a construction zone. Parking is $44 a night to park in their hotel. Just think if you are going to charge that much for parking, have better parking or discount the price of parking for guests while construction is going on.

The hotel is outdated and most of the staff’s customer service was below average. I stayed there out of convenience for a lengthy business trip, but I wouldn’t want to stay there again.

I was in town on business and had a great stay. The staff was friendly and professional. The accommodations were perfect and within walking distance of great food and entertainment.

This hotel was great! Very updated and great for the price and convenience of location. My only complaint is the price of parking per night when the garage is VERY dilapidated. Another qualm I have is the room has a sign stating that AC could only be used in summer months, even with turning the heat off our room was UNGODLY hot and disrupted our sleep due to the temperature. Overall good stay but would only stay again if I’m allowed to use AC and maybe if they updated the parking structure or the parking price.

Staff was courteous, hotel was immaculate !! My new stay place when I visit my family.

Good stay, struggled with the parking garage. For that much money the ticket printer should have worked. The lady at the counter put the fee on the keys. Too bad I’m senior citizen and didn’t know that meant I had to take the key with me to get out? You have to explain things like that. sometimes people are dumb to technology. Other rooms had food set outside their room and was never picked up. Kind of gross you know?

Front desk management and staff was the best hotel ever, very safe area. Quiet at night and close shopping and dining. Safe parking and everything was walkable and convenient.
