Clean and nice.

The price/performance ratio is high and it is worth staying in for a medium to long term.

The room is relatively large, but the sound of the old-fashioned air conditioner is really loud at night.

Overall great value for the money! Optimal location being right off the highway and close to shops and eateries. The continental breakfast was standard, but good. However, they have not adopted individually wrapped items yet. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The lady that checked us in, didn’t explain all the amenities, but provided the information upon asking. All in all, I would stay here again.

Customer service was poor. There was often no one at the front desk and no call bell. The people we did have contact with were unfriendly and charged us a higher rate when a lower rate was available. The room was clean and comfortable but there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector, so I’m not sure that was safe or functional. There is also no streaming options on the TV so you’re stuck with whatever channels they have. There are a ton of hotels in the area, so if I were to come to this area again I would not stay here again.

I will admit that I was a bit skeptical of what I would find given the low nightly rate offered for this hotel. Well, the skepticism was removed. I found virtually everything to be very nice, clean, and comfortable, exceeding my expectations. Even the breakfast, listed as "continental" was far more having a nice variety of choices. This was a bargain in my opinion.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast is ok don’t expect too much. Bathroom fan making noise but can’t turn it off I only stay one night so I didn’t bother to switch room. Overall it’s ok

Very clean hotel! Nicely decorated and furnished. The staff was amazing! Always cleaning and keeping the property nice.

Hotel was ok. Needs a face lift to freshen up the appearance a bit. Our room did not have a hair dryer. We inquired about one on our first day's stay and was told they'd send one up. 2 days later, after a few more inquiries, we finally got the hair dryer in time to use it before checking out. Hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.

Room was a bit outdated but clean. Pillow case smelled clean and fresh. Big ten championship and everyone checking in early— girl at check was alone and handled it great. Didn’t get her name!
