Wonderful hotel, great location, amazing staff, very accommodating and super clean. The only little drawback is thin walls so that you can hear a lot of noise throughout the night. Would 100% stay here again.

I requested an early check in which I understand it was very busy that weekend. But I was there early with my kids and waited in the lobby for over 2 hours to get a room. I was told they were not done cleaning. But others were checking in and getting rooms. I am sure I was not the only one that had a double bed. That was very disappointing as then we did not have any down time before we had tickets for an event. I don't know that I would recommend this place.

Great hotel in a perfect location but I will not return. We were woken up at 6am thinking there were people in our room talking but they were in the room next door. The walls are so thin you can hear every word. Definitely not somewhere to get a good night's sleep.

Traveled for business and the room was nice. It was hot outside and the hallways and elevators were a little warm. Troy at the bar was great, called me by name after getting card and remembered my name the next couple nights. Nice touch for customer service.
