La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Indianapolis Downtown

Beer bottle glass on the ground. Hole in the mattress , we kept sinking in. Could hear everything from the street and we were on the second floor. Arguing happened in the middle of the night and cops showed up.

The property itself was really nice. It was clean, easily accessible, and close to where we needed to be. The only issue i had was that when we first arrived there was no one at the front desk. I had to wait approximately 15 to 20 minutes before someone finally appeared. However, the check-in was very fast & easy. Also, the breakfast was very good & well prepared. Overall i was very pleased with the property, other than the small hiccup with the check-in.

Went for the night to go to Lucas oil stadium to see Morgan Wallen and was completely happy with our stay. Jacquline and Julie (I think) were super nice. Checked us in quickly and no issues with the room. I don’t usually sleep well in hotels but I got me some advil pm from their little store and slept great!

Very comfortable beds.

I checked out at 10:35am. And about noon i noticed a $50 charge on my card. I dont even use the soaps. I bring my own. What was this charge? Including this fee my room king suit 2nd flr cost me 208. And online rated price was $119. Best thing was breakfast.

The room and hotel was dirty and not well maintained. Staff was polite and helpful, but the quality of the hotel for the price was terrible.

At arrival was sent to a room that had not been cleaned. Overall facility was not clean and too was only marginally cleaned

It was going well, easy parking it looked clean and a convenient area. The problem was when we went to bed I was woken up at 2am by an itch on my arm and then my leg. Turned on the lights and found a huge bed bug!!! I put it in a cup and took it down to the reception, he didn’t seem to be yo worried about the situation and I didn’t want to make a fuss about it because I was tired and had to get up at 5am and just wanted another room to get some sleep. Didn’t get an apology or nothing!

The hotel was ok. Overwhelming smell of cleaning product. Scetchy parking with not cameras. Elevator and ice machine out of service. Both mornings the free breakfast was out of food and not replaced. Our mattress had some nasty stains. And oh did I mention it was right next to the Indianapolis Coty helicopter landing pod, which happen to be very active all thru the night.
