Terrible experience. The hotel owner gave our room to someone else as we checked in late(pre informed) and adjusted us all in one small room (classic) not listed . Which was not having even space to put extra mattress. When told they were placing a mattress touching the washroom, which by the was didn't had door at entrance. The washroom was unhygienic and not clean. It had no exaust fan and the opening of washroom was directly in room. The whole room was smelly making is extremely difficult to stay. The bedsheets were not changed. The pillow had small hairs and was dirty. The other room they gave after 1 hr wait was delux and had space for mattress. But again the same problem with washroom. Even the jet was not working. The person talked to owner and then was not at all helpful and kind of rude. I explained there was not at all space for 3 people in a room and no place for extra mattress as well. Told about washroom. The response i got was those who are willing to adjust they adjust. People even live 5-6-10 people in a room. I had no words after that. I disconnected and stayed the night somehow as i had early morning flight. No one is helpful. When the room was not suitable for 3 people. Why to take the booking.
