Services are very excellent and the staff members are very polite and gentle and given services is very good as comparison of other hotels and service manager name is Mr. Ajay Barman. He is polite and calm am very thankful that he is the services of bestbestan hotel

Booked via mmt. 1st visit to this property and found it to be a great place to stay. Great location, the suite room was tastefully done. With all amenities one expects. Has banquets, gym, bar, the breakfast buffet had wide variety and delicious offerings. The staff at both the check in and check out time was courteous and smiling. Ideal for family corporate stays and events

The room was too small and the check in time was also not appropriate as per my arrival timings. The food was good but was expecting more from this chain of hotel
