The room was nice and big and clean. No sleepers were provided. So kindly take your own. Nice location. Very close to the main hospital and all malls in the city.

Pathetic service and cleanness issue, behavior is not good. They are not provide better services at prompt, we demand a glass of hot water in a morning time, they deliver next day morning time. We can't stay next time in this type of hotels.

Location is good close to all markets, but hotel is terrible no toiletries washroom are dirty with cockroaches, terrible management

Dirty not cleaned. In bathroom there was not water for two days. Later whatever was too dirty water from the tank. Pathetic stay and experience

The rooms were stinking. They had power back up but did not switch it on during the power cut. Rooms were not properly cleaned and there were lot of mosquitoes as well. Never ever book the stay in kiran inn.

Quite smooth reservation process, very friendly service at the desk. A very pleasant stay at the heart of indore, in the middle of practically everything. Answers from reception were immediate and friendly, be it during email contact before or after the stay, be it at the reception during the stay.
