Rooms are very congested. Very few food varieties. Addition of local dishes/food would have become enjoyable. No appropriate toiletries were provided. No drinking water service. No need to come personally to lobby, walk for 100 meters & get your bottle refilled yourself. Pathetic. In this service industry.

The services was really good and pravat at the front desk was really good. He made sure the services is given whenever needed. Want to highlight one thing since i had to leave early in morning from indore to khandwa and pravat was there who helped me arrange some fruits and sprouts in the morning which delighted me and i really appreciate that he went beyond his work to help me getting what i needed. Overall staff were good and always ready to help. Would always recommend ginger to all my friends and family.

The services was really good and Pravat at the front desk was really good. He made sure the services is given whenever needed. Want to highlight one thing since I had to leave early in morning from Indore to Khandwa and Pravat was there who helped me arrange some fruits and sprouts in the morning which delighted me and I really appreciate that he went beyond his work to help me getting what I needed. Overall staff were good and always ready to help. Would always recommend Ginger to all my friends and family.

Rooms were too good and spacious. Would love the food at ginger because the breakfast n dinner spread was awesome and very tasty. Am a regular guest to ginger. Giving the feedback about the hotel to our friends and colleagues.

It was night stay as we were coming from pune then to lucknow. A decent place for family stay. Neat, cleat and organised. Easy to check in and quick check out. Food quality is top. We had a good slp over there as well liked the room - 114
