Stayed at the property for 1 day with family. Location and view for the property is very good. We stayed in Executive Suite rooms and that was very good. Food is also very good but service at the restaurant is super slow and needs to be improved in big way. Water park also well maintained but just observed staff in water rides are always on mobile and don't care properly.

The property is vast and beautiful. It is well maintained. We booked a family suite and the rooms were big and clean. The view from the room was awesome. One side the mountains and the other side the water park. The checkin was smooth , adarsh and Rohit were very helpful and always checked on if the stay was comfortable. At the jazzuci Mr Ankit and team were very cooperative and helpful At the shack the bar I would like to specially thank Mr Amit Jha who helped us in a medical emergency. My son was vomiting and having diarrhoea too. As the chemist was a 6 to 7km away, Amit helped us by sending Radhe to get the medicine. Even the next day Amit was there to assist in our breakfast. The breakfast and food is tasty. Overall a great and wonderful experience with a very good staff.

Great ambience, beautiful atmosphere, Staff is very supporting. Special thanks to restaurant Manager Mr. Amit Jha, for providing us best food/services. You can customise food and drinks as per your requirement. Just ask for it, you will get it.

Ambience of resort is superb and staff is very much cooperative specially a guy from the staff name aadarsh Sharma his behaviour and attentiveness impressed me very much and all other staff people are also good awesome food in the restaurant and best breakfast of my life.

Very good vibe, super friendly staff, very good food, so many activities to have some chill time. This was our third time in this resort. Always love the experience. Food is very good. 10/10 for cleanliness. Very good place for kids/toddlers as well.

Thank you for making my Father 's 75th birthday.Special Thanks to Aarti from room service as she made lovely arrangements for celebration and made us feel at home.Housekeeping staff is also really amazing. They are very friendly and always made sure our request will done immediately
