The room we stayed in as a family of 4 was fantastic. Clean and everything you needed. The front desk was very friendly and fantastic with my kids.

The hotel is one I’ve used before so was looking forward to another stay. It didn’t disappoint in any way. The greeting was warm and friendly, I received a nice upgrade and a tasty cookie when I checked in. The hotel room was well appointed, with a decent coffee maker and capsules and bottles of water provided. Dinner was good too, fine quality food with some good Veggie options and breakfast in the morning also tasty and hot. Plenty of choice available both meals

The service is just so-so. This hotel is very winding. We took three suitcases, two of which were relatively large and difficult to carry. This hotel does not have a concierge. The first room we were given required me to walk for about 6 minutes, during which I had to push open four fire doors, and then there was a small staircase. I was so frustrated that I went to the front desk to change a room on the first floor that was closer. There was no help at all, and the soundproofing was so-so.
