Osceola Mill House B&B

We have been coming to Osceola Mills for a while, but this is the first time with the new Owners and they did not disappoint! Breakfast were wonderful (including dessert (yes dessert!). The place was very peaceful, which was just what we needed.

It was such a lovely Inn and wonderful view of the Amish countryside. My husband and I sat outside in the rockers watching the buggies go by. The breakfast were amazing and wonderful hospitality!!

Amazing home-cooked breakfast every day, wonderful cozy, peaceful atmosphere and great amenities. Beautiful building and property that feels like a home. Communal breakfasts create a sense of community. Erica and Christopher are the nicest innkeepers I’ve ever met. 10/10.

The place was wonderful the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was incredible and the end keepers were very, very, very friendly. Definitely go back and plan on going Back If you plan on going to Lancaster county I recommend you stay at this place. It’s wonderful.

Osceola Mill House B&B is a historic gem in the heart of Amish country! The B&B was the perfect location for a family reunion and area attractions like The Amish Village and Sight & Sound Theater. The innkeepers, Chris and Erica, were welcoming and informative. The B&B had a sense of nostalgic American heritage and charm. Our”blue” room had character with a fireplace and four posted bed. It included a private bathroom with shower, fresh towels and hairdryer. From our window, we were able to see horse - drawn buggies and fields of corn. Each morning, we enjoyed a locally sourced hearty breakfast consisting of dishes such as pancakes, French toast, “eggs in the basket”, yogurt , fruit, sausage, ham and an area favorite, scrapple. Each breakfast included a dessert, a tradition at the inn. We ate “family style” enjoying the company and conversation with the innkeepers and other guests. We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you Chris, Erica and your lovely family for an experience we will treasure!

My sisters and I stayed here and loved it! The Bed and breakfast was really nice! I enjoyed the warm country atmosphere. The new owners Chris and Erica were very friendly and attentive to our needs. They knew the area well and gave us great information. The breakfasts were delicious and very filling. I would love to stay here again!

This bed and breakfast is a wonderful place to stay in. The new owners, Erica & Chris, are kind and welcoming. They make delicious homemade breakfasts using all local ingredients and produce! The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious and I noted the water pressure is very good in the showers which is a plus! We had a very relaxing stay and the inn is very close to all of the local shops and Amish experiences. We highly recommend this place and will plan to return sometime soon!

Excellent hosts. This is a house with a lot of charm along with a great breakfast. Reasonable rates with comfortable rooms. It is in a quiet location that is away from traffic but convenient to things to do. We are looking forward to a return visit.
