The room is so comfortable, there are 2 times cleaning a day, normally in the morning once and in the evening will be offered the second time. They will offer chocolates too and it’s tasty. The concierge is very helpful also, they help us arrange skydive during our stay and the experience was so nice. Will stay here again someday.

The best and most expensive hotel in the area. The room facing the Jungfrau during the peak season costs nearly 20,000 per night, which is still painful. It's my second time staying here. I made a mistake the first time and booked a suite, thinking it must face the Jungfrau, but it turned out not to be. It was an L-shaped room, half of which faced the mountain behind. So the view of the suite is definitely better than all the big beds. Later, I asked the front desk, and they told me that if I wanted to book a room facing the Jungfrau, I should remember one word: all the rooms with deluxe face the Jungfrau. I booked it correctly the second time, but I didn't communicate by email in advance, so I was given a room on the 3rd floor. I forgot whether it was 5 or 6 floors in total, so after booking, remember to ask the agent to email and reserve a room on a high floor. I think the overall cost performance is average. It's enough to experience it once. For the same price, I can book an airbnb nearby with a view 10 blocks away for a week (see the last picture)

On the way to Interlaken, the train suddenly stopped due to heavy rain, so I had to make a reservation in a hurry and check in late. I liked the unique design of the traditional hotel. It was a pity that there was no late check-out treatment for guests who checked in late, perhaps because it was a famous tourist destination. It seems to be a luxury hotel in Interlaken, but it felt a little disappointing because it felt commercial due to the fast turnover. Summary: This hotel is not friendly to Chinese people. The front desk has a very bad attitude and racial discrimination. They gave us the wrong room type even though there were rooms available! We checked in at 1pm during the normal time. The male front desk staff who received us was racially discriminatory. We were given a room without a balcony (please read on, there were rooms with balconies available). After entering the room, I found out and asked the front desk to deal with it. The woman at the front desk should be the manager, and her attitude was extremely bad. I kept asking politely about the room type, but she threatened me with a very loud voice when she disagreed with me. In the end, she said she would not deal with the problem and would not talk to me! ! !

There is nothing wrong with it except that it is expensive. I stayed for 3 nights in a row. The service and location are still good. The price is too expensive during the summer. It should be much more expensive during normal times. It is convenient to go anywhere if you stay in Interlaken

The room is very clean, the bedding is very good, the toiletries are also very high-end, the bath is very comfortable, and the view outside the window is beautiful. It is a resort that I come to every year. The hotel will provide a free car for travel.
