If we detect any evidence of smoking, we will charge you a deep cleaning fee.6) We have some inflatables toys and pedal boats available for your enjoyment, but please be aware that they are not guaranteed to be in perfect condition and may pose some risks. You are required to wear a lifejacket at all times when in or near the lake. You are also responsible for your own safety and well-being when using any of the water toys/boats, etc. and you agree to release the owners from any liability. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use any of those items. Please make sure to secure the boat and inflatable after each use.7) The maximum occupancy of the property is 8 people. Please indicate the exact number of guests or pets who will stay/enter the property at any point during your reservation.
