"I was very satisfied with this hotel. It's a perfectly functional and convenient hotel with all the necessary amenities. The lobby has self-service check-in and check-out machines, and there's 24-hour front desk service, which was very polite and thoughtful. The lobby is quite spacious, with self-service drink and coffee machines, a microwave, and a small pantry area. There are also many desks and power outlets. The room was spotlessly clean. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. There's a kettle, and the internet speed in the room was excellent – perfect for watching videos on your phone. The hotel is large with many rooms, so I'm not sure if all rooms have equally good signal. Right next to the hotel, in an adjacent building, there are two supermarkets with a wide selection of vegetables, fruits, and daily necessities, plus a pharmacy. The tram stop for Tram 10 is right outside the supermarket. This tram runs between Zurich Airport and Zurich Central Station, making it incredibly convenient to get to the city center or the airport without transfers. What's more, the tram stops are level with the ground, which is great for passengers using wheelchairs or pushing strollers. From the airport, take this tram and get off at the Glattpark stop; the journey only takes about 8-9 minutes. This tram runs almost all day, so early morning or late-night flights are no problem. The ticket price is also reasonable. Plus, the hotel's price offers much better value and conditions compared to renting a similarly priced room in the city. Breakfast was decent."

"Its outlook doesn't look like hostel, but like hotel! Ample public space at ground floor. With microwave and water kettle to make hot drinks. Paid coffee is available through coffee machine. Room is spacious and comfortable. Toilet and bathroom is very clean. Most importantly, free buffet breakfast is provided for all guests. The breakfast is just superb and sumptuous! Free flow of juice and coffee! And eat till you drop! Highly recommended! But you have to walk a bit to the nearest train station, about 600m walk. Bus stop is just at your door step. The location in the midst of residential area provides tranquil stay."

"We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the charming and unique interior design. The location couldn't have been better—being directly opposite the train station made getting around incredibly easy and convenient. The hotel was spotless throughout, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with a great selection to start the day. What made our stay even more enjoyable was the staff, who were always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I especially loved the cozy pub-inspired décor and atmosphere that flowed throughout the entire hotel. It gave the property so much character and warmth, making it feel both unique and inviting. "The hotel is situated on the edge of town, just to the left behind the train station. It's a convenient 10-15 minute walk from both the train station and the long-distance bus terminal, which is reasonable given the town's small size. The hotel itself is very quiet and spotlessly clean. I opted for the cheapest room, an attic room, but surprisingly, it didn't feel cramped or oppressive at all. Just a heads-up though: extending your stay might come with a price increase!"

"A wonderful hotel in Zurich with an excellent location, just a short walk from the main railway station, central markets, and key city attractions. The service quality is outstanding, with very attentive staff and a high level of customer loyalty, making you feel truly welcome from the very first moment. I will definitely stay here again. I also highly recommend paying attention to the pavilion located next to the hotel, where they prepare exceptional risotto — a true gastronomic delight."

"Located about a 40-minute drive from Zurich, the hotel is a bit out of the way, but the price was decent. It's a standard 4-star hotel, with average front desk service. The room was tidy, clean, and offered a nice view from the window. The restaurant was under renovation during my stay, so I didn't get to experience it. There's a McDonald's and a few small restaurants within a 5-minute drive, and a Tesla Supercharger about 15 minutes away. It's also very close to a bus stop. The parking garage isn't affiliated with the hotel and is very expensive; unfortunately, there was no discount for staying three nights, which was a bit painful."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Swiss National Museum, and within walking distance of ETH Zurich, making it convenient to get anywhere. We arrived in Zurich from Interlaken earlier than scheduled, and the front desk kindly arranged a room for us before the official check-in time, which we greatly appreciated. The bar on the ground floor is very popular, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of dried fruits. There was a bottle of drinking water in the room, but we had to contact customer service to get slippers. Unfortunately, outside our window was a construction site with a building under construction, causing a lot of noise."

"The hotel room is spacious and quiet even thought the hotel closed to airport. We could hear the plane passed by if we open the window. But we heard nothing if we closed the window. Good sound proof. Friendly and helpful staff. The distance between the hotel and the nearest tram station is abt 5mins walk. The hotel has airport transfer service with CHF 6 per person."

"1. We stayed at Harry's Home in Zurich and found the rooms very clean and comfortable. 2. The rooms were completely soundproof, so we enjoyed a quiet, restful stay. 3. A great bonus was that the tap water was safe and good to drink straight from the faucet. 4. Everything was well-kept and practical for our time in the city. 5. Overall, it was a really nice place to stay and perfectly suited our needs."

"The room is clean but it’s cramped, hard to move fast. The front desk staff in the morning particularly the guy is rude. We were a bit early for breakfast because they changed their time from 6:30 to 7am which we aligned for our day activity. When i asked if we can just sit inside while waiting for a few minutes before 7am, he answered me rudely saying “as i said..”, but when we came inside at 7:01am, there were already people eating there, 2 pairs i saw. This is rude because we were pressed for time as we have to catch up the tour bus and we paid for the breakfast knowing the time is 6:30am but they changed it the night before and they let other people in while we just requested to be seated inside while waiting for 7am. Most of their staff are rude. Only the guy at the breakfast checkin is nice."
