The store owner had already thoughtfully turned on the air conditioner and heater to preheat the room before check-in, so even though it was in the mountains in early spring, the room was still very warm and comfortable. The breakfast was quite filling (each person was provided with a set of ”nine-square” snack platters, including eggs, duck eggs, sausages, whole grains, etc., and a staple food of either soup noodles or dumplings, as well as milk), but it felt like a family of three could only eat two portions.
