"The butler service was incredibly responsive to all our requests. The photos turned out beautifully, even casual snaps looked great. There's free parking in the underground garage, and laundry/drying services are available. The location is excellent. They provide fresh, disinfected slippers for each guest, sealed for hygiene. Room service is also offered, and you can directly access the ancient city from the guest rooms. The front desk staff, especially the young lady surnamed Xiao Mi, was warm, polite, and highly recommended."

"We had a great 2 night stay here, the location is perfect right next to the river and very convenient to all the local walks and sights.
The room looks as good in person as online and was very clean, comfortable and modern.
The family that runs this 民宿 could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. They helped pick us up from the car park and find and plan great walks nearby. The aunty is a great cook and we ate there every meal and tried all the delicious local eats.
Thanks for having us! We really enjoyed staying here and having some fun chats over dinner, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone and will definitely stay here agai in the future."

"The room is too small. You can't put your suitcase on the luggage rack or small table. You can only put it on the floor. It feels like the level has dropped suddenly. The space is relatively small. There is only one stool. There is no place to put your clothes after taking off your clothes. The air conditioner is noisy. The tractor fell asleep together, and as soon as the faucet was turned on, red water came out."

"The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was nice; the view from the 16th floor was also quite good. However, breakfast was included in my booking through Ctrip, but the front desk staff pretended not to know unless I mentioned it. I checked in around 9 PM and checked out around 8 AM the next morning, and there was no breakfast at all! I was in a hurry to run errands, so I didn't think much of it."

"This stay was a pleasant surprise and must be given five stars! The overall environment of the hotel is clean and elegant, the lobby is clean and tidy, the room is cleaned in place, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the quality of sleep is very good. The bathroom facilities are intact, the hot water is sufficient, and there is no smell. "We arrived at the hotel early, and the receptionist was very kind and gentle. She helped us check into a vacant room early. The room had just been cleaned by the cleaning lady, and she even reminded us to be careful of the slippery floor – very thoughtful! Since we were from out of town, and it happened to be raining and cold, our clothes and shoes got wet. We felt very cold in the room, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly, so we called the front desk to report it. To our surprise, the hotel bought us a heater and personally delivered it to our room, explaining why the air conditioning wasn't working. It was truly touching to be away from home! This trip was a bit rushed, but next time I have the chance to come to Jishou, I will definitely stay here again. The hotel room was also very large, clean, and well-equipped. The smart speaker in the room was very convenient! This is the first time I've written such a thoughtful review, thank you again!"

The towels and other toiletries were disposable, which was reassuring. The bed was comfortable, not a flimsy mattress. The service was also good. A very cost-effective hotel!"

The bosses are very enthusiastic, recommend the route to play, eat at the boss's house and free fruit and mineral water, the surrounding environment is very good, the air is fresh, the room is clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable, and I fall asleep in five minutes.
We didn't have any guests behind us and gave us free time in the room until the afternoon, and also borrowed our umbrellas and sent us out to carry our suitcases. What else do you say?
It is recommended to come here on a sunny day, there is a chance to experience the boss taking you to catch crabs.
I wish the boss a prosperous business!

German_london girlI had a great stay at this hotel. The room was nice, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for me. It was clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. They went out of their way to make sure everything was okay during my stay. They even called my friend from their own phone so we could arrange to meet up, which I really appreciated.
Their excellent customer service made me feel very welcome, and the whole experience was enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place with genuinely caring and helpful staff.

MopoluyisuoThe room was spacious enough and well-laid out, with a decor style I really liked. The amenities, like slippers, felt high-quality. Transfers were quick and efficient, and the front desk was very responsive. They even proactively contacted us to help book tickets, which was a huge relief. And the view from the window was truly beautiful! The only minor drawback was the limited breakfast selection, but that's understandable given the price. The stream outside the restaurant was stunning, with lots of little fish swimming around. Dehang Miao Village was the most beautiful place on our whole trip to Xiangxi, and it wasn't overly commercialized. The weather was perfect the day we visited. After taking the sightseeing bus to Liusha Waterfall, the hike along the stream was particularly memorable. The kids could play in the water, and it wasn't a strenuous walk at all – very enjoyable. During Chinese New Year, there were also various games and activities in the Miao Village that the kids loved. All in all, great hotel, amazing scenery, and fantastic weather – we'll definitely be back!

On National Highway 209, with riverside, mountain views, beautiful environment and endless streams, close to Dehang Grand Canyon Scenic Area and Aizhai Bridge Observation Deck, transportation is convenient, food and accommodation are very convenient, each room has its own characteristics, which shows that the owner of the B&B A lot of thought was put into it, highly recommended!

The hotel boasts a super convenient location, with rooms offering views of Quanzhou Old Town. It's right next to Century Square, with shopping malls and supermarkets downstairs, as well as a street full of late-night snacks. The rooms were clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The buffet late-night snacks were fantastic; after a tiring evening out, a bowl of hot wontons was a delightful treat. The breakfast selection was also plentiful. Excellent value for money! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

NabrudisJust one word: amazing!!! Lost in the middle of nowhere, this hotel is a gem worth the detour. Both the camping car (ideal for a family) and the heated infinity pool were idyllic. The Aizhai highway bridge is breathtaking and one of the best views is indeed from the pool! The only downside is the limited dining options (the hotel restaurant closes very early at night; food delivery arranged by the hotel staff is possible, but it takes ages to arrive). But that's to be expected given the hotel's location.

debbiecmxIf you're visiting Qianzhou Ancient Town, this hotel is an absolute gem! I stayed here for one night and couldn't have picked a better spot.
It locates by the river! It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the main ancient town attractions. Within 2–5 minutes on foot, you’ll reach two very unique river-crossing bridges that full of local charm and character. Very nice spot to take picture right at the doorstep of hotel.
The room overlooks the river, scenic bridges, and Qianzhou Ancient Town directly across. The views are gorgeous during the day and even better at night when everything lights up!
The hotel features a stylish blend of modern aesthetic and traditional Chinese design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly.
Their hospitality is outstanding! The front desk was so helpful, one call upon arrival and they came right to our drop-off point to assist with our luggage. The owner is super friendly and welcoming!
Some of great restaurants, cafes, teahouses, and bars right around the corner.
Definitely giving this place 5/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!
Will 100% stay here again next time!

Anonymous UserI stayed 4days, but It was so nice hotel. The room was comfy and kept it clean by staff every day.
I can’t speak Chinese, but Some staffs can speak English and all staffs is helpful. When I have some question or some trouble, they helped deeply.
I could go anywhere easily by bus or taxi. The room has a projection sets we can watch some movies and landscape from the window was so good.
On another note,If you want to use a microwave oven,you should tell owner and get her to take you to her house for using it. The water is offered for free at room temperature. The refrigerator is an only 1st floor.
These are typically habits in Chinese hotel room so just noted.
