"The new hotel is clean and bright, with convenient facilities, separate wet and dry bathrooms, and good soundproofing in the rooms. It's very close to Leling Film and Television City, and the hotel also provides free shuttle service to the film and television city. The front desk receptionist, Gao Shengnan, was also very friendly and polite. The young lady on duty at the counter on the south side of the lobby at 9:00 pm on the 1st was also very helpful."

The overall decoration of the hotel is very modern and elegant, simple and stylish, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the lighting atmosphere is just right, and there is a feeling of relaxation as soon as you enter the door. The most surprising thing is the intelligent control of the whole house, which can open and close the curtains and adjust the lights with a shout, and even the air conditioner temperature can be voiced.
Besides the service, I feel the enthusiasm from the beginning of the check-in at the front desk, the smile is sincere, the speech is gentle, and there are questions and answers. The cutest thing is the robot to deliver the goods. I ordered the takeaway and sent it directly to the door of the room by the robot. I opened the door and saw it cute and was instantly cured. This contactless delivery is convenient and safe.
In terms of dining, the breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western styles, the freshly cooked noodles are very hot, the coffee is good, and the dining environment is quiet and comfortable.

Manager Zhang of the hotel has high professional quality, is sincere in treating people, and has a strong sense of service. He must give it a thumbs up. The lady at the front desk also upgraded my room for free. Her attitude was gentle and patient, which was great. The hotel is clean and tidy, has good sound insulation, and has an excellent location. The smart facilities in the house, curtains, TV, air conditioning, and lights can be switched by voice. The only dissatisfaction is that the door is a heavy sewer back smell! Open the window, open the door for 20 minutes, the floor drain in the twin room, I see the store is also covered with soft silicone. It doesn't work at all. The air conditioner is very powerful, the house will be warm for a while, and the air conditioner will not be turned on at night.
