"Advantages: The rooms are relatively spacious, located in the center of the county town, making dining convenient, and the owner's service is acceptable. Disadvantages: The soundproofing is extremely poor. I could hear people talking and sneezing in the next room as if I were in my own room… I barely slept a wink all night. "The hotel is very new and in good sanitary condition. It has a brand new decoration style and the experience is very good. The area around the hotel is also very lively, which is equivalent to the city center of Lingqiu County. The only drawback is that the vehicles in the small county are parked randomly. The entire entrance of the hotel is blocked. Although the hotel has an underground parking lot, the signs are not very clear. There were also people who couldn’t find the entrance and asked the front desk for help. We checked in at night, and the hotel parking spaces marked in the basement were full (because the hotel actually shares an underground parking lot with a residential complex), which was not very convenient. When we checked in at night, there was only one staff member at the front desk, but three waves of guests came. It can be seen that the waiter tried very hard to speed up, but it was still beyond his ability. I hope it will be improved. The breakfast was average, but the kitchen was still refilling at 9:30, which was already very good."

"I took my parents from Hebei to Shanxi on the weekend. Doubao recommended this homestay. I came to try it with the mentality of testing the authenticity of the doubao. "During the Chinese New Year, I was going to the Pingxingguan ruins and chose this Pingxingguan hotel! Good location, the hotel is big! Can park! We arrived late and had a dinner at the hotel! "I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There is quite a bit to see around Lingqiu, and I should have stayed one extra night or two. Miss Liu (刘小姐), the front receptionist, was extremely helpful, even going all the way to accompany me to the bus stop to catch the bus heading to the Pingxingguan Battle site. Miss Liu also assisted with booking a cab for my visit to the Jueshan Pagoda. This famous Pagoda was founded before England was established by William the Conqueror (if I am wrong, then pardon me, but the Pagoda was built sometime before 1077 A.D. during the Northern Wei Dynasty). Miss Liu also directed me to the gravesite of King Wu of the Northern Wei Dynasty which is right in downtown Lingqiu. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance of this hotel. One restaurant, next door to the right of the hotel, serves a wondering braised fish; the other a few doors away, sells delicious meat pies. My room was professionally cleaned and serviced daily. The hotel even allows me to doze off on the reception floor sofa to await my night train to Beijing. I will return to this hotel if I return to Lingqiu."

"GreenTree Inn in Lingqiu is too cost-effective, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and it feels like the most cost-effective three-star hotel in Lingqiu. The location is particularly good, not far from the Pingxingguan ruins and Jueshan Temple, the surrounding view is wide, and parking is convenient. The third floor of the hotel is the best golden lily in Lingqiu. Our Shanxi trip is the end of Lingqiu. Next time we go to Jinbei, we plan to start from Lingqiu, or live in this GreenTree Inn 😁."
